They came over and laser measured for my Granite Counter tops. They missed the first install date, then after three additional lies on installation for what they claim was due to bad material. Finally the install....Now you would think that having laser measured it that it would be perfect. Wrong...Unless it was a rectangle, every piece was scrap. They cut the hole for my cook top on site and it was 5/8 inch off center. I have a hole cut out for the sink but no holes for the faucet. I had taken at least 5 days vacation for this abortion and even after they screwed it up they wanted me to take more days of vacation so they could fix it. I told them they could come on Saturday (on their time) and they said they would not come back. Please - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. If you are insane enough to use them better write your own contract with dates and penalties. I had another Company come and clean up their mess. Every piece of this Granite was thrown in the trash.

The estimate was extremely high even thought there was to be a VA discount. They were not rebuilding the bathroom, only installing new fixtures. They claimed that they had to reroute the plumbing. Joe was very professional when he came out, the price was just way too high.
