+ -1 moreI have had him twice. I liked him when he came the first time and so I had him come back. I bought the paint. His price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Neil Bryant Painting painted my whole upstairs area that included two bedrooms and entertainment room in January. I had him back to paint my master bath, bedroom and basement areas in August 2012 and had they same great experience!

+ -1 moreNeil was prompt and pleasant every day. Since he works alone and this was a lot of painting, it has taken several days. He always made it a point to pick-up supplies, clean and vacuum each day before leaving to make my house as pleasant as can be during a paint job. We have been so pleased that we have asked him to paint 2 additional rooms!

+ -1 moreNeil Bryant was extremely punctual and was never a minute late to a pre-arranged meeting time. Despite mostly being a one man show, he was quite efficient and finished my job rather quickly. Overall, the quality of the work was very good and he was fairly clean throughout the process (no stray paint drops throughout my condo).
Description of Work: The deal was that I purchase all the paint, while all Neil Bryant would have to worry about is the painting itself. In all he painted one bathroom, one bedroom, and one large living area including a kitchen and hallway. It took him about two days with help from one other person on only one of those two days.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was accurate and complete, the timing was spot on, the job was meticulously performed and the outcome was outstanding.
Description of Work: We had painting done over wallpaper in the kitchen as well as paining refreshed in hallways and bedroom color changed. Mr. Bryant prepared all surfaces, applied appropriate primers and paints and then returned all draperies, furniture, etc., to its original placement.

+ -1 moreNeil Bryant Painting did an outstanding job of covering all of our furniture, carpet, and lighting such as our chandeliers and ceiling fans. They were overwhelmingly skillful, respectful, courteous, and polite. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We loved their work.
Description of Work: They painted four large rooms inside of my home.
