JB's Tile & Stone

Jeremy did a decent job laying the tile, nice and straight. He was not as punctual. One day he said he would be by but never showed or even called. I work from home so this was a non-issue for me. However, I feel I should mention it for others that may need greater emphasis in this area. His helper that did the grout was not as decent. I had to go behind him 3 times to get adequate coverage. I am not nitpicking here. There were large areas with no grout at all, mostly up against the wall. My baseboards were not removed. This was never even given as an option and not something I thought of until my new tile guy suggested it. I wish it had been as it would have been a cleaner look in the end. Jeremy did all the measuring and told me how much tile I needed. I ran out…twice. When I texted to let him know the tile was in so he could resume the work, I received no response. I called two days later to follow up with no answer. Then two days after that I received this text from him: “Hey this is Jeremy with JB style I'm really sorry I had an emergency that came up and I had to leave town for and I won't be back for about three weeks so if you could find someone to finish a job I apologize again but it was a true emergency.” I responded with a text letting him know that I would be out of town for a couple of weeks. I gave him the option to finish the job when he could return. I never heard back from him. So I was left with half finished floors (pics below) and stuck finding someone who would finish the job. A 2 week project turned into 3 months of inconvenience.

JB and his team tore out the tile in my shower, around my tub, and floor and replaced it. ?JB was always on time, left my home very clean, and did quality work in a timely manner. ?I am beyond happy with my new bathroom!
