I've had two contacts with this provider, the first was to cut the limbs of a pecan tree that hung over my bedroom. I called and was met by the person I sopke with (I've forgotten his name) and received a price. While I was at work on the agreed upon day, the tree was cut. I called and met him to deliver the check. I was a satisfied customer. The second contact, was August 2011. A day or so after a storm, a tree limb on the other pecan tree, cracked off and was hanging. I called and reminded him which customer I was. He stated "I'm busy". I hired someone else.

Fantastic, very pleased with all their work. Danny and his team did great. They were on time, in-and-out quickly, and great clean-up. Great work, very pleasant to deal with, and professional.

It went very well. My husband was very pleased with them. They did a good job and he was well pleased with the work they did, the clean up and everything they did. The price was a factor as well.

The four man arrived on the preset time. They cut up and loaded the cut up trees as it was cut . They had a huge truck with a clamp that loaded the brush . They ground the two stumps and the roots that were on the surface in my yard. They cleaned up all the trash that was in my yard. I was amazed that they did this in an hour and a half. They were friendly, polite, worked safely and as a team. I was very impressed with Mr. Barringer and his crew and would recommend them to anyone. Great crew. Great job. Great price.

Mr. Barringer and his crew did a tremendous job of removing 3 trees from my property. They cleaned up the property around the removal to the point that all you could tell was that the trees were gone. Very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone who has trees that need to be removed.

Following the April, 27, 2011 tornado that struck Tuscaloosa, Barringer Tree Service removed the the debris of more than twelve 70 - 110 year old trees from my property. They ground the stumps of many of those trees. Danny Barringer's estimate was from $5,200 to $8,200 less than his competitors. He and his crew worked hard for 10-12 hours each day they were on my property. The stumps of two trees on my property line had been removed by a neighbor without grinding--leaving gaping holes. Danny Barringer filled up these holes for free. They were unfailingly polite and professional. I enthusiastically recommend Barringer Tree Service to everyone.

They were very prompt and friendly, but their estimate was a little high. The company I went with charged for 2 trees what Barringer's estimated for 1 tree.

We had a large oak tree fall in the storms of June 11, 2012. It fell across a fence and grazed the house. Mr. Barringer was the low bidder. He was professional in his dealings and prompt in his replies. He and his crew arrived when they said they would and removed the tree in about an hour and a half. Mr. Barringer operated all the heavy equipment (Bobcat and loading crane) personally. In addition to removing the tree in the manner requested, they cleaned the area thoroughly before leaving.

They were very organized, careful, worked hard to not destroy my new plantings, cleaned everything up thoroughly, and hauled off all of the debris. They brought all equipment, and took the fence down and put it back up. Except for a small amount of saw dust, you can't even tell they were there. I was extremely pleased with the service of this company - A top notch job! I highly recommend Barringer Tree Service.

Two of my neighbors and I contracted Danny Barringer to remove some trees prior to the April 27 tornado. Unfortunately, the tornado of April 15 intervened. Although, thankfully, our property was unaffected by that storm. Barringer Tree Service became so busy removing trees from those properties that suffered damage from the April 15 storm that they were unable to get to us prior to the April 27 tornado. Shortly after the April 27 tornado, however, Danny Barringer came by my house to see how we were doing and to assure us that he would be by to help. Several other tree services--none that I recognized as local--stopped by in the days immediately following the April 27 tornado. Price quotes from these services for removal of the felled trees on our property averaged $7,000.00 - $8,000.00. Danny Barringer quoted me a price of $2,000.00 to fell two remaining trees, grind five stumps, and remove the debris of 12 large trees that had already fallen--a total of 15 trees. With a crew of four, Barringer Tree Service cut down five trees, removed all of the debris (more than 25 trees, fencing and brush) from my and two neighbors' properties in two days. They were unfailingly polite, good humored, and professional. I can enthusiastically recommend Barringer Tree Service to anyone needing such work performed.

Danny Barringer is a very nice soft spoken man. He and his crew were punctual, and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner. The tree and all limbs were hauled off. They raked around the area to remove any fine debris and also used a blower to clean any leave, etc from the street and side walk. They have all the equipment needed to do a professional job: Cherry Picker type truck, dump truck, stump removal machine, small front end loader. I highly recommend this tree service.

We had 2 companies come out for estimates. Barringers price was a bit better so we gave them a try. We were very happy with the work. There were some shrubs we really did not want damaged and asked them to please try and protect them. They took down a huge dead oak tree and did not hurt the shrubs at all. I would definitely use them again. Very prompt, professional, and did exactly what they said they would for the price quoted.

My neighbor was having two large trees removed from his property and recommended Barringer's Tree Service. Mr. Barringer inspected my proposed project, gave me a reasonable estimate, and scheduled a work date depending upon the weather. (The project site required avoiding saturated areas after heavy rains.) The expertise and proficiency of the crew were evident, and Mr. Barringer did not consider the job done until he had inspected every inch where work had been done. I would definitely have any future work done by Barringer's Tree Service.

They were really good. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They not only did the job that they were supposed to do, but also did a very good job. Their cleanup was excellent. The price that they charged was fair. I would use their services in the future too.
