Description of Work: I used Knox twice in the summer of 2010 -- once to kill the red ants and once when my yard was attacked by army worms. Knox has great service, and the product killed most insects that contacted my yard for one year after the treatment. The pest control person even gave me his cell phone number, and he answered my questions when I called without an additional charge.
