+ -1 moreMy 94 year old Grandmother bought a Trane furnace from Giles several years ago. Every year she wakes up to find she has no heat in her house. Every year they come out and replace the igniter. She pays anywhere from 200 to 400 dollars for this emergency call. She is 94 years old and can not go long without heat in her home. This furnace continues to have this problem and Giles continues to come out and replace it and charge her this outrageous price. They have yet to figure out why this continues to happen. I'm not sure they have any initiative to figure it out when they get to collect 200 to 400 dollars from an elderly widow on social security..

As frustrating as it is to read the same sentence over and over, imagine the frustration of calling Giles and the same issue occur over and over.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt. They explained what they had to replace. They were fairly quick. The people that came out were good. They were very nice and courteous. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Giles Cooling & Heating for HVAC. They were last here for a maintenance issue that they had to fix.
