Very happy with the way my home turned out, but the process of getting all the finish work (easiest part of the job) was a hassel. First of all no one informed us that our land had to be level or that we had to pay one year of home insurance before the home was delivered. We found this out the day before our home was delivered. Had to scramble and have dirt brought out and level the land and pay the insurance. Then it took them 2 weeks to send someone to the house to hook up air conditioning (in May), house was delivered at the end of April and the under pinning (or skirting) was not installed until late Aug, diswasher had a leak and no one fixed it-my husband had to, when my husband called them about the under pinning the last time the manager, Robert, told him to "go to hell" and "I could care less". We contacted the BBB-a joke- and they did nothing and the attorney general with no response. We ended up calling the corp office and the manager there took care of everything in a matter of 2 weeks.
Description of Work: Ordered and purchased and manufactured home, delivered home to the location, was supposed to do all finish work for the home.
