Brian was very helpful. He explained what the problem was and what I needed to get my garage door working again. He had the part with him. It took about hour or so to replace and fix the problem. He explained that in 9 months to a year to call him back because he would need to readjust the spring because the newness would be worn out by then. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends who needed work done on their garage door.
