They really take care of you. The customer service is through the roof. They make sure your garage door is fully working, lubricating, replacing any screws that need to be replaced, and even check your overhead unit. I would recommend them to anybody. With in a few hours from my request, Mr. Danner called, made an appointment and came to my home to make repairs at a very fair cost. He gave me suggestions for other improvements that could be made in the future.

The customer service was prompt and came at a fraction of the cost of other providers.

This extra nice guy did an excellent replacement of a torn garage door cable and made it so this repair would never be needed again by moving and replacing my springs and BOTH cables. He did more than I expected him to do at a very reasonable price without giving me the hard sales pitch on new doors. Though I asked what it would cost and his price was far lower than I imagined it would be. It was a real low price actually... I should have done it! This company and this guy has been put in my contacts as THE new AND ONLY garage door guy! Wish I could find all repair guys or gals for all my urgent repairs this nice and this reasonably priced!
