What a find -- a true professional. Asked all the right questions, trouble shot the problem, and came up with the right solution. Explained everything he was doing in such a way I not only understood, but learned along the way. Once we agreed upon a course of action, he installed a new opener in very short order. It was obvious from the start this gentleman knew his business. From start to finish the whole process took less than an hour. Everything was cleared away when he finished and he then took the time to show both my wife and I how to use the new technology available to us. If I could add to the rating he'd get 6 Stars...
