Description of Work: They replaced our air conditioning coil in the attic but didn't take the heavy old coil because it was to heavy to carry by himself. He inspected and had to order the malfunctioning coil, so he knew it was going to be heavy getting the new one up the ladder steps. We didn't request them again for a tune up.
