Description of Work: They installed a sprinkler system. The system was not properly attached to the plumbing which caused a leak and the basement had water damage. We had to hire a plumber to fix the problem. The young man who actually did the work complained that the owner was cheap and cut corners and that is why we had a plumbing issue and flooding in the basement

The manager came out first. Very polite and knew his stuff..marked off areas and even use some of the old lines so I wouldn't have to pay more..He did exactly what I wanted. His installer was right on the job...and I couldn't get it to work a couple of times and he was out that day...these people are very customer service oriented..thats what your looking for...good job
