Description of Work: Without a doubt, this carpet cleaning experience was the best I've had. I needed to get my mom's carpet cleaned and had been stressing about who to use for a few weeks. I decided to use Heaven's Best after reading the great reviews here. The company was super responsive - even answering an email request for a quote within minutes after hours - and quoted a price which they honored without any upcharges or slick sales jobs. On the day of the job, the technician arrived on time and walked my mom through her house explaining exactly what he would do and what to expect. The job he did was outstanding and my mom went on and on about how good everything looked. I have since seen the work for myself and it is fantastic. So much so, that I will be scheduling them for my own home project within the next week! Ann, who answered all my questions and handled scheduling for me, was so nice and easy to deal with. I can't say enough nice things about the service.

Stephen and his son showed up on time and were very nice. They first cleaned the upholstery and then the carpet. A protectant was applied to the carpet. Everything looked great when they left.

He moved all furniture before vacuuming, shampooing and re-vacuuming, except for beds and dressers. He even re polished our hallway hardwood floors that became soiled during the cleaning process. Totally recommend. I will definitely use again. I took a picture of his Van, but there doesn't seem to be a way to add it to the review.
Description of Work: Vacuumed, Chemically Cleaned, Re-Vacuumed and Raked the carpets in 3 Bedrooms and our Great Room/Living Room. Worked for 3 hours. Stephen, the Owner Operator was very personable, very friendly and professional. He's a retired Marine Officer and he and his wife have been running this business for 3 years now. This is the second time in two years that I have used Heaven's Best carpet cleaning service. I typically have my carpets cleaned once a year in the Fall. I cannot say enough positive things about Heaven's Best and the owner, Stephen Mobley. He is so thorough and does not cut corners. I've used other carpet cleaning services who promise "dry in 1 hour" and three days later I'm still finding damp areas in the carpet. Not so with Heaven's Best. My carpets look great and they stay cleaner for months. I am very happy with the service provided by Heaven's Best!

The technician was extremely polite. He took extra time working on some of the bad spots and stains. I have dogs and they just loved him. He was totally respectful of my home, my family and my pets. My carpets look great and they smell great. I'm definitely calling them again.
Description of Work: They cleaned 3 Rooms of very soils carpet. I thought it was going to need to be replaced. I was amazed at how clean they got it. I don't need to replace it now.

From the moment the technician arrived until he left, he was very professional and courteous. He respected our home as if it was his own.
Description of Work: We ordered the three room special for $99. This was the best carpet cleaning service we have had over the 12 years living in our home. Heaven's Best cleaned stains that other carpet cleaners could not remove. We didn't need those plastic booties and walked on the carpet almost immediately. It was amazing how it dried so quickly. The citrus smell was delicate and refreshing.
