+ -1 moreHe started by plugging in a new control panel, this caused the bad part to start making noise, so he put our old control panel back in and fixed the part that was damaged. I feel that an unscrupulous tech would have probably left the new control panel and charged us for that as well. He even adjusted a burner on our stove for no charge. He was at our house on time (actually a little early) and spent less than an hour.
Description of Work: Changed out a small motor that opens little door between fridge & freezer, showed me the damaged part & it was obviously desintegrated. David himself came out & was very friendly. He even adjusted a burner on our stove for no extra charge.
