Drywall and Painting

Work was done very fast and to good quality.

Mr. Morgan was very helpful for the first 80% of the project, and his price was very reasonable. We had great communication, and his workmanship was acceptable for popcorn ceiling removal. Unfortunately, he had a family medical emergency that caused him to put the project on hold. At first, he was communicating very well, but now that months have passed, he has stopped all communication and will not respond even though we paid him to do the work. We are happy with the work he completed, but it has been 9 months since he started this project, which he said would take 2 weeks.

Mr. Morgan quoted and completed the repair with prompt and friendly service. He ensured I was pleased with the result before considering the job complete.

David and his helper were extremely kind, and very good at communicating with me. I trusted them to do a great job to surprise my husband, and I was not disappointed. These two gentlemen were very trustworthy and honest, and my room was ready for paint! Thank you guys.

He took my money and stopped communicating. I had worked with him before so I gave it to him a head. I have since investigated and seen that this has been a continuously intermittent problem. I know that his wife has health problems and they have had fnancial issues. He has now contacted me a year and a half later to apologize but with no thought to fix it. I had to ask what he was going to do to rectify it. He did say he would get me the money but would be a week. I agreed but two weeks later still nothing.

David and I worked out a resolution that is agreeable to both of us.

Excellent work! Very professional. The ceiling water damage bled through after repair. Mr. Morgan came back to the house and re-worked the ceiling for no extra charge. He repaired a hole in garage ceiling sheetrock, and now you cannot tell there was a repair. Great work and would highly recommend.

I tore my rotator cuff so I was unable to finish a repair I had started. Mr. Morgan came quickly, assed the needs and finished the repair and painted the area to match the existing wall. You can’t even tell a repair was made. Absolutely spectacular work, and he left the area cleaner then he found it.

David showed up on scheduled time to provide detailed estimate (in writing) including materials. He was able to work within a few days of project turn on. David arrived on scheduled time and went over the contract to make sure the work estimated was what was being planned. He prepared the room for popcorn removal by placing plastic on all the floors and walls. He cleaned up after himself each day. He worked by himself. He was friendly and courteous. He was nice to my barking dogs. He communicated effectively when he was running late (e.g. when he had a flat tire). He used quality paint and materials. He is skilled at his job (over 35 years in the business). He is a veteran. He is conscientious and pays attention to detail. He provided me with ideas on the rest of my project (installing faux beams). He did a terrific job on my house. He made sure I was happy with the job overall. He provided me the leftover paint.

He did a great job scraping of all the popcorn ceiling, repairing a hole and then painting. Was able to fit us into his schedule very quickly and got the job done on time with no problems.

David put up the drywall in an add-on room we're doing, and he did all the painting. David was punctual every day, very professional, and did a great job! David installed new ceiling drywall in my kitchen, repaired some walls, and a door frame. After repairs, he repainted the walls, the ceiling, and the door frame. He did an excellent job and my ceiling looks brand new. The paint job is likewise awesome. David made sure to match the paint and to repair any flaws in texture. He even went an extra mile and fixed some settlement cracks in my living room ceiling. He was attentive to my requests and very courteous the whole time. Mr Morgan covered everything in plastic and took extensive efforts to protect our belongings as best he could. We did multiple walk throughs together to make sure I was satisfied. If I found areas where I thought it needed to be touched up or sanded more he did so. He made efforts to try and fix a pretty rough original drywall job that previous contractors tried to hide with lots of popcorn. His communication was excellent and he was very respectful and presentable. The project stayed on schedule despite various blips that tend to come up in a renovation. He was great and will hire him again in the future without question.
