He continues to provide the same exceptional service now as he did 5 years ago. The highest rating in Angie's List is "Excellent"; Mr. Eckard merits a much higher rating of "Best of the Best". He is a tradesman we can trust, as evidenced by the fact that we have requested his services 4 times to date, and eagerly refer him to friends and Real Estate Agents. Mr. Eckard's workmanship is very thorough and detailed; his Inspection Reports are comprehensive and include many clearly marked photos and recommendations. Reports are received soon after the Inspection. He is very patient, prompt, and courteous. Beyond that, we enjoy meeting him on each occasion. I am delighted to offer my highest recommendation for his services.
Description of Work: Mr. Eckard performed a House Inspection for me in December 2007, and a separate House Inspection for another family member at the same time. Both homes were built over crawl spaces. Additionally, he assessed possible foundation damage to my home after tornado/storm damage in April 2011, from 100 foot trees which crashed through the roof. More recently, I attended another house inspection by Mr. Eckard for a family member in September 2012. This home was also built over a crawl space. We were fortunate to locate Mr. Eckard's services the first time, and have been confident in his services each successive time. Mr. Eckard's Inspections and Reports are very thorough and detailed, yet written and illustrated so that a layperson can understand his findings.
