I had a huge tree that I need to cut down. They came out the quick work of taking the tree down. Didn’t fall on my barn. I am very happy. Definitely would use again

They were the hardest working individuals I have seen working in my yard for the 18 years we have owned our home. We had some stumps that were in a location that had to be dug up because the stump grinder would not reach that area. They honestly put everything they had into getting the stumps up, it took until the sun was going down and they completed the task with excellence. This company was professional and serious about the type of work they were doing. The most important characteristic that stood out to me was integrity. It would be great if there were more companies who operated with this level of integrity.

I called for a free estimate on Wednesday. The company called back the next evening and we set up the appointment for the next morning. I described what I thought needed to be done, and Rex gave me good advice as to some options I hadn't considered. He was knowledgable about tree health and characteristics, and he helped me visualize what outcomes would look like. He gave me an estimate on the spot. After discussing the options and cost with my husband, we decided to go with RM Tree Service, and I arranged for them to begin the work the next morning. The crew arrived and I asked Rex to walk through exactly what they would do with my husband and me. We added the shrub removal and agreed on a final price to include that. The crew began working about 8:00 and finished the entire job around 4:30. (Another company had told me it would take about a week to complete, but that company was going to remove a third large tree. Still, that's a significant difference in time.) This crew worked steadily the entire day. They were careful to avoid messing up our yard and rock work, and they cleaned even more undergrowth than I expected. They blew off the drive and removed all wood, limbs, and debris. They even cleaned off my porch and sidewalks and left the entire area cleaner than when they arrived. He does what he says. He is just a really good guy and he has 27 years experience.

He is great and he does work on his own. The car insurance company recommended him and it wasn't for any serious thing. My husband checked with the insurance company and they recommended him. We were so pleased with him. People had said that the tree was dead and they wanted it taken down. We called this guy, he came out and said that the maple tree wasn't dead but it was dried up. He took the branches and he had real proof that it was not dead. He trimmed another tree for us and his service was excellent. We highly recommend him. His name is Rex McKenney. He was very efficient and very prompt. We had many dead branches on it and we were afraid that the tornados would bash it through our house. We will definitely call him back if we needed anything. He is really good.
