Quality Tool Repair

They had the mower for over a week and never did any work to the mower. They will not answer the phone and you cannot leave a message due to full inbox. I had to call more than 10 times before anyone would answer the phone. They returned it, dropped it off and took off fast. Before they got it, we NEVER had a problem with it starting. When we tried to start it, to move it, the mower would not do anything but sputter. After being looked over completely, a piece of foam was found pushed into the fuel line. Horrible experience with dishonest people who should not be in business. DO NOT take anything to these people.

Today was the service date but the weed eater was dropped off with them 3 1/2 months ago. When we dropped it off they said it would probably be 2 weeks. When my husband would call to check on it they never had the same answer if they had any at all, and they always said they would have someone call him back and he NEVER would get a call back. We were very dissatisfied with the whole experiance. I did speak with Carla later today after I picked it up about how I felt and I felt as though she was very unprofessional! She asked what I thought was a fair price to pay and that she claimed that she had discounted it to the cost of the part. I told her that we were just tired of dealing with them and that if she says all we paid for was the cost of the part then that was fair. I didn't feel like fighting with her. After I got home I found out that my in-laws had a problem with them last year too. They had a tiller that was under warranty and even though the warranty people had already paid Quality for the repair they tried to charge my in-laws for the repair also. Just be aware that they are not easy to deal with and that you may be months getting your property back.
