Excellent Mr Landrum is the consumate craftsman He took my wishes and made them the best my thoughts could have imagined His dedication to details is remarkable I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income He not only helped me with details but provided budget consultations that enabled me to complete my project Very disciplined He converted my bathtub into a walk-in shower with no interruptions to my daily life He relocated appliances in my kitchen that helped me maneuver effortlessly while preparing meals He used his creative talents to make a kitchen island using a childhood dresser I thank God in the name of Jesus for Mr Landrum responding to my request for an estimate Anyone who has the very good fortune of hiring him will not in the least be disappointed but feel blessed

It's had been a long time since any remodel had been done on our house. Mike planned ahead on entire project and let me know what was scheduled next and helped me stay on budget. No room was left untouched. We were most excited about our new walk-in shower with safety bars and kitchen. If something needed repaired, it was done. Mike and his crew did a great job. Mike and his crew are dedicated professionals, and under Mike's master carpentry skills, they work to ensure the job is completed as best as possible considering the age and structure of the home. Our remodeling project was completed on a home built in the 1940s, so several adjustments and upgrades were necessary to ensure the work was completed with the highest quality possible and within city code requirements. When you hire Mike and his team for a home project you will have their undivided attention, and they work on your project until it is completed rather than juggling several big jobs at one time. They work with clients to ensure the project stays within budget, and maintain an open line of communication to answer questions and make adjustments based on your needs. Mike ensures that clients understand the project and the work that will be completed by his team and any subcontractors under his supervision; he is the primary point of contact and that was helpful. Since we had a large project that took several months, Mike and his team became like a family. He stands behind his work and values client satisfaction. He did a good work. He was prompt. He showed up on a regular basis. When he said he'll be there, he was there. He was fair with his prices. He did a quality work.
