+ 0 moreMy husband and I are very happy with the results of the remodeling. The experience was satisfying compared to previous ones. David's estimate for the project was quite reasonable for the extensive changes that were made and also compared to other estimates. His quality of work is first-rate.
Description of Work: David Kelly remodeled our two bedroom/ two bath garden home in Tuscaloosa. The kitchen was gutted and completely redone with new cabinets, counter tops, floor tile, back-splash and appliances. All wall paper was removed as well as popcorn ceiling finishes. A knee-wall was constructed from an existing wall between the kitchen and dining areas. The patio was enclosed, crown molding added in all rooms; walls, trim and doors painted; laminate flooring laid to replace the carpet; ceiling fans added and lighting replaced. David was very flexible in making changes to our plans as the the remodeling progressed. He also proposed possible options for the results that we wanted to achieve and fixed problems as they arose.
