Description of Work: I called and explained my problem and the receptionist was very kind and put me on the schedule. Due to some medical issues, we had a hard time reconnecting but they were very prompt and kept me informed all the way. They had the plumber come out on a Saturday and complete the work but did not charge me a "weekend" fee due to their delays. Very professional and prompt. Very satisfied with their work!

+ -1 moreWent like clock work. They were prompt and courteous, careful with the floors, walls and repairs. They were easy to communicate with and pleasant.
Description of Work: Disconnected commode, lavatory, washer and dryer and repaired leak in pipe in wall. Cut sheetrock out. Replaced copper pipes with pex and then reconnected everything after the drywall person repaired walls, painted and installed new vanity.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with the work provided and felt the cost was very fair for the amount of work done. They always arrived when scheduled or called if they were going to be slightly off the time expected. This is our second time to use Dean and Son and we will definitely call them next time we need any plumbing work done.
Description of Work: We discovered a leak in our bathroom shower. Randy, with Dean and Son came in to troubleshoot/diagnose where the water was coming from and cut off water/pipes and disconnect jacuzzi tub so shower tear out could begin. He returned after demo of shower to do plumbing rough in for new fixtures (replumbing for single handle faucet and hand held shower with diverter), reroute a vent, and then returned after tiling to complete all fixture install for shower and tub. They also reseated the jacuzzi tub that had been pulled out. They also installed a new faucet in another bathroom (pedestal sink) that we had trouble getting in ourselves.

+ -1 moreVery well. I had removed a stump that was in the way for the outside access. I had disconnected and removed the washer/dryer. They started on time, as stated, and put in the new PEX pipe to resist freezing water damage. Supply pipes were put in place and all connections made except cutting into old system. Water was cut off, and the final connections were made to all plumbing fixtures. Holes were cut into the walls behind each fixture. Employees Nick, Helen and Guy, all shed their shoes at the door each time entering the house and tried to keep the house as clean and picked up as possible. After putting pipes in the attic, all attic pipes were insulated and water was tied back to the source. Clean up was completed and water leaks were checked for twice.
Description of Work: Re-fit house with supply pipes in the attic, to bypass old pipes in the slab. Ran pipes into house on side, up one wall, and over the ceilings and back down each wall behind each plumbing fixture.
