"My deceased dad met Jeff, the owner, about two weeks before he passed away. Jeff came into his home and saw the condition of my dad. Instead of doing a good thing, Jeff obviously spotted an easy mark. Pop paid Jeff $500 as a deposit for work to begin on July 5, 2018. Jeff never showed up!
