Rodney and his crew were always professional, timely, and performed quality work. If only he'd expand to build in Baldwin County... I'd contract with him for every house I wanted built.

See list above. Rodney was super to work with. Listened to ideas and offered some we had not thought about. He allowed me to pick out colors of windows and he will be coming back to install ext lights when I call him
Description of Work: Built 24x24 workshop with 6" studs as requested. Added connector driver from garage door to existing drive. Installed attic fan and wired at least of request of us. Not in original pricing. Composition roof with same roofline as house as requested. Paid close attention to details. Workers were courteous and workspace was confined and did not make a huge mess.

Description of Work: they were called to replace water damage in our home. they're price kept getting higher and higher. our laminate floor around our fireplace is terrible. the stone was to be undercut and laminate placed under the stone, instead there was a good 2 inches between the fireplace and the laminate. the laminate and linoleum is not square and is noticeable. on the corners of our walls instead of cutting our molding to meet at the corner, it was cut around the corner guard. they put our back door in and you can see light all the way around it. we never saw the "owner" of the company after he gave the estimate. he never came out and checked on the work being done at all. we finally called our insurance company and told them we would be finishing the work ourselves. they replaced a kitchen faucet and went and bought one to put in when there was one sitting right beside the sink that we had purchased previously. Then wanted to charge of for the faucet. It was a horrible nightmare.

We worked for an insurance claim that was over $9,000, the homeowner bought the laminate floor (that was so cheap it did not even have a brand it only said laminate floor). The sub-floor was drenched from dog urine where dogs had been shut up in the house for months at a time. We supplied all the materials for the job except for the flooring. The homeowner never paid a penny for none of the material or labor that was done on the job. The homeowner kept adding several things. We did not finish the job after the homeowner wouldn't give us a payment. The homeowner spent the insurance money & when we requested a payment after the homeowner kept adding, she did not have any money left. The homeowner had spent it all. Under these circumstances we left the job without finishing it, and never received any payment. This was one of the nastiest houses we have ever worked on!
