Description of Work: Had a new house built by this person. I could have done a better job by myself and I am physically disabled. The roof has leaked since day one,although he did put a tube of caulk on the new roof claiming that would fix it .I also found out that the 35yr roofing I ordered was really a mixture of35,25, 20 yr material according to the purchase receipts(all purchased at different times)The windows and door were improperly installed (the doors still don't close completely and wind and rain comes in), the driveway was NOT properly finished and started cracking within 3 months,same with yhe sidewalk and patio, as well as the garage floor. Several walls are bowed,there are nail pops throughout the house,the ceiling has major cracks. The insulation in the areas of the attic is ruined from soaking water from the leaks. There are several water stains in the ceiling due to water (several in the foyer) and one over the bar which by the way was not installed to the correct height(he put it same as kitchen counters,duh! He did replace the bathroom vanity (which was too small) and tore up the paint and sheetrock while doing that. He even failed to notice the water heater he installed and didn't put the required GFI outlet there. I would have hoped that a man whose business card said"ORDAINED to build would do a better job.The reason I didn't sue him was because someone else beat me to it and he filed for bankruptsy. I spent every penny I had saved and borrowed more for my dream home that has been nothing but a nightmare thanks to his work ethics/practices. If anyone were brave enough to allow him to do their roof, at least make sure the roofing is all the same and not three different types.
