Exceptional. John and his crew did a great job of rebuilding and expanding (from 2 bays to 3 bays) our garage that was mostly destroyed by a fallen tree. They worked with our insurance company during the entire process to ensure that insurance covered all of the damage. Very professional and always extremely courteous. And their pricing was fair and reasonable. John kept me informed on progress and any unforeseen issues on a daily basis. Communication was outstanding. They did a great job of matching the roofing and cedar siding to our existing home. John was also flexible when we made changes or modifications to the original plans. John and his crew were always punctual and kept a clean job site. I continue to recommend John and Zion Construction to friends and family and I always get positive (and thankful) feedback each time.

I needed one of my guest rooms turned into a full closet. I was given this company’s information and told they wouldn’t let me down. They didn’t! They gave me a great quote and the time it would take to complete. They actually finished before time…. And the job…. Absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!! As a realtor, I work with several contractors. I must say. John and his men tops them! Because I was so satisfied with my person project they did, I have send them to a few of my clients. They experienced the same.

JOHN AMD HIS WORKETS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY DETAILED ON WHAT THEY DO. TJEY ALWSYS TOLDE WHEN THEY WILL BE ARRIVING AMD WHEN THEY WILL LEAVE . THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THEY WORKED THE ENTIRE DAY EXCEPT FOR LUNCH, AND ALWAYS RETURNED ON TIME. I HAVE RECOMMENDED ZION CONSTRUCTION TO SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS.

I have used Zion Construction for 2 different projects and have been very satisfied on both occasions. They were on time, very neat and professional. With my roof I was shown pictures of exactly what was causing my issues and then it was properly repaired. They made sure I was happy before they left. I recommend this company and plan to hire them again.

This is the most unprofessional construction company I have ever delt with. When they were half way through a project (a fairly large renovation) they asked to talk to me and told me the price they originally quoted me did not include a permit. I could not believe the audacity of them to try and pull off a scam like this. They said if I didnt give them another $ 10,000 they werent going to permit the work. I flat out told the contractor that every construction job like this HAS TO BE PERMITED its the LAW!!! So the original quote had to include the permit in the price since its the law. I then questioned if he was even a certified contractor. I flat out told him Im not falling for such a scam and Im not paying an additional $10,000 for it to be permitted work. Its going to be permitted because thats the law and he knows that. He continued to qork in my home, but then took a razor blade and sliced up my windows in my dining room and then took a drill and drilled three holes in a row in my brick of my home. I would run away from this company they are complete scammers!!

John and Alex were professional and courteous and their work is excellent. I will be calling on them again when for our future projects.

I highly recommend Zion Construction company for your home repairs. We had a water leak in our home and had to have several repairs made. They are very professional and courteous. Our home repair was an extensive project to complete and they did an excellent job. We had flooring replaced, drywall, cabinets, painting, and a new back splash. I am extremely happy with the finished project. They answered all of our questions and took the time to explain the processes. Having worked with several companies in the past ,this was by far the best experience. I would have no hesitation to hire Zion Construction company again.

They are very efficient, did a fantastic job. Install the floors very promptly which was so crucial since laminated floor was install throughout the house. I do not have any complaints at all will certainly will call them again for any remodeling need.
