 + 0 moreI have to say they are an excellent construction company and really go above and beyond. I would say the only thing that they could do better is that while the house is under construction they could watch the people that are doing the construction a little better. I would say that their pricing is on par with other constructors, not more, not less.
Description of Work: We just moved in and Wood and Hastings Construction is still fixing up little things that we have found after we moved in.

 + -1 moreThe actual crew members from Wood and Hastings did a good job working on the house. The outside contractors they had hired for other things were a bit goofy. It took a lot of time to get them to finish things in a timely order, or without all of there goofy ways. As long as I would not have to deal with those same outside contractors, I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Wood Powers and Hastings built my 4,000 sq. ft., two story home with finished basement.

 + -1 moreMy main concerned was that the new areas of the home fit right in like they had always been there. All the siding and windows match exactly. I have allergies, so I never used the screen porch, but I use the sunroom everyday. It took several weeks to complete, but they gave me what I wanted. My property was left clean. I have not had any type of problem that I can think of.
Description of Work: I hired them to build an addition, make a playroom over the garage with a new bathroom and turn a screen porch into a sunroom. It was at least 1,000 square feet of additional space in my home.
