It went well but very expensive and it did not take two men to complete the job. They did a very good job but the cost was very expensive for about 15 minutes worth of repairs.

Alan and Darryl came to our house on the day we called them, gave us an estimate and returned the next day to install the gas hot water heater. They installed new fittings to bring it up to code and hauled off the old water heater. They were very professional, friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

He came out the same day I scheduled the appointment. He fixed all my problems. He was in and out in 30 minutes. Very efficient.

The service was free because they were dealing with something that they had previously done and it is part of their service they guarantee that if something is not working, they will come and fix it for free. They are trustworthy, very reliable and fair priced.

The Wilbur's staff members who came to my home to give the estimate on the faucet installation were punctual and extremely polite. Unfortunately, the pricing for the install was a good bit more than I had anticipated, so I did not proceed with the work. I do think the gentlemen that came to my house were very professional, and I am sure that I would feel comfortable with them doing work in my home if the price were right.

Two workers came to our home. They were polite and helpful. Ultimately, we were able to find a provider who could replace our unit for less than Wilbur's estimates. Our experience with Wilbur's was positive so we would consider using them again.

Terribly. They wanted to charge $500+ to unclog two drains. They do not work by the hour. My fault for not asking how much it was going to be and assuming they would charge a reasonable price for services. They do not. This is an insane amount of money to unclog two drains. I would never use them in the future, and definitely would not recommend them in the future.

It went great. They did everything perfect and on time. They were professional and show up when they are supposed to.

It went well, there was a little delay because the weather was bad and Wilbur had to fix a lot of broken pipes which was more of an emergency. They handled all the work in my absence since I am not living there yet. Lacey in the office was excellent she kept me informed of everything that was going on and she coordinated some work that needed to be done with the roofer and with the inspectors . She also helped me out with getting a rebate on the water heater( Thank you Lacey). I have no complaints. John the plumber was great , very knowledgeable and super confident. I will definitely use Wilbur plumbing in the future .

Technician identified the problem and offered several recommendations on how to fix the problem - even a DIY option. Was highly impressed with their professionalism and promptness. Great experience overall.

POSITIVELY FABULOUSLY TERRIFIC We would recommend Wilburs to any and all people needing their services, I was impressed immediately when I had signed up for appt online with Wilburs Request for Service Form. They have drop-down boxes for service dates, and the first available were 2 days away, because it was after hours. They Did have a "Comments" box, where I wrote that the following afternoon (Thur) or Fri anytime would be great. To my great surprise, not only did I get a phone call at 8:38 the very next morning, but she was able to set an appt the same day! Talking about Great Service from the Git-Go! They are kind, prompt, courteous, intelligent, and know their specific specialties well! On top of that, they had Pre-Ordering Coupons that were 50% off! Customer pays $49 and you get $100 coupon! We got over $500 of work done for $265. We needed quite a bit of work done, including needing a new garbage disposal, so we bought 3. Great use of our money, even if we' d spread it over 3 visits instead of 2 (Plumber & Electrician). You can't beat that with a stick! Both men were prompt, were quick at what they did, were intelligent, knew their stuff, funny (which fit in with our personalities) did their jobs well, and left a nice clean environment behind. We would use them again if their services were needed. We couldn't possibly think of a negative thing to say about Wilburs, their bright pink trucks, or their employees. There was a misunderstanding on the price of one item and we had the lower price and it didn't come out until the bill was presented to us. It was necessary to call back to the office to work it out and they were very understanding and it was quickly worked out where everybody was happy. Like I said, working with Wilbur's was a completely positive experience and we will absolutely work with them again.

It was fair. The price was way too high for what they did. I spent several hundred dollars. The main reason I called them was because of the motor that smelled around my washing machine. Their personalities and demeanors were very nice. They were good people.

They came and gave an estimate for plumbing work. The estimate was so high. I called someone else who would do the same work for less than one third of the price. They technician also had an attitude.

My experience was good. The technician was really nice and easy to work with. I have had no problems with the serivce since. The only downside was the cost was expensive but that is to be expected with any plumbing service. He was here for about 5 hours.

Put new faucet in bathroom, new shower sprayer .checked water pressure.
