Description of Work: I bought a $49 coupon for $100 service. I was charged $165.00 for a few minutes work. Had to pay additional $65. Not a good value.

Description of Work: The plumber and his apprentice installed a garbage disposer and a new faucet that I provided. The faucet was leaking when they left and they said that that was as good as they could do with it. I had a friend come over and laughed as he repaired it in about five minutes, for free! |The apprentice smoked in the truck on breaks and would come in smelling like the stench of cigarettes in my home. That is very unprofessional to me!

Description of Work: I have an older home built in the 1920's with terra cotta pipes to the sewer. Ongoing battle - they came out three times in a one month period to help with that. Also helped with a drainage issue in my laundry room. Darryl is the best - very dependable, very fair, very courteous.

Description of Work: They did a great job, as always. They are not a bargain provider, but you get what you pay for! We use them for plumbing as well as heating & air.

Description of Work: They repaired a toilet tank that would not fill with water. They were very punctual and called me from the house to tell me what was going on with the repairs. I would use them again without hesitation. They have always responded quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: It was a deal for $49 for $100 licensed plumbing or HVAC services. They fixed two leaks in my kitchen faucet, fixed a bad stopper in my toilet, and fixed the duct work under my house.

Description of Work: Put 2 pipes under the sink. The u pipe and the one that goes into the wall... did not even replace the pipe that goes into the sink! The cost seemed excessively expensive for a hour worth of work. And the guy put a lot of chips in the surrounding tiles around where the pipe enters the wall... since we have a sink that does not have a cabinet below it, the 8 or 10 big white chips he left in my blue tile are very visible to everyone. There was no need to chip my ceramic tile, he should have taken precautions like tape up thick cardboard or something... but when cutting the pipe with a saw he hit the wall many times. Now if we want to hide his mistake the only thing we can do is change our sink out to one with a cabinet... and we have 2 sinks so it would probably cost thousands of dollars for his screw up or replace the bathroom tile (retro 50s tile on all walls) an even more expensive fix. All he said is that we can buy a metal cover ring at the hardware store to cover the chips. I would think he would have offered to fix his blunders not to tell me to go get a part from the hardware store... ridiculous! A ring would not cover it anyway since the chips are so far away from the pipe. We also did not expect him to use a pvc part in the fix. Before he came we asked the guy on the phone if he was using metal or pvc and he told us metal parts, no pvc. It is weird to fasten 2 metal pipes together with a pvc piece, I think. It still doesn't make sense because then he covered the pvc piece with a metal cover up piece. I guess that's how they deal with fixing old pipes, but I've never seen this type of fix on any tv home show. Who knows, I am not a plumber! After the pipe gix he snaked the pipe for another $200. Way too costly, I think!

Description of Work: Checked all toilet flaps. Replaced two. One toilet worked fine after replacement. The other needed something else inside the tank replaced because of a small leak. The fee for that was pricier than other plumbers. After repair, toilet was worse in flushing capacity and power. Second plumber came from company. No change. My husband adjusted things so flushing worked better but not like it was before they repaired it. They offered other solutions, but more money...when the toilet worked fine with flushing before they fixed it. Only needed the leak fixed.

Description of Work: The plumber diagnosed the problem with our pipe, but indicated that it was more complex to fix. He claimed that it would cost approximately $900. to fix the entire piping into the bathroom sink. I called another service and had it fixed for under $100. I felt that I was being scammed.
