Description of Work: I purchased an offer from Angie's List for a Toilet Tune-Up and Home Plumbing Inspection, which they did for my mother. She did let me know that they did very good work. They looked at my air conditioning unit as well. They were really good, it was very professional and it was good work all the way around.

Description of Work: Installed new hose clamp on dishwasher drain line, cleaned lavatory drain in master bath.

Description of Work: My sink WAS unclogged and I could have asked them to leave after getting the estimate. They were the 4th plumber I called and the first to even answer the phone or want the work so I wasn't hopeful to get another plumber to respond. The cost to unclog my sink was $464.00. I also got an estimate to install an $86 garbage disposal for $532.00. The pricing and spending 60% of the time spent at my house trying to sell me other services is why I rated them a D. I couldn't recommend them at these prices.

Description of Work: Wilbur's put in a new A/C unit for me. The salesman who called on me was also the one who was in charge of installing the unit. He seemed to take pride in his work, have the experience, and took the time to do a good and professional job. Before he ever came in my house, he put protective coverings over this shoes to protect my floors, said it was required. They were pink, a major color in their advertising display, which is appealing and suggestive to me that Wilbur respects the women who are a part of his business as well as his customer base. The people at the office were great, down to earth and responsive on the phone. I enjoyed doing business with them. I would recommend them to anyone and feel like they would be well treated.

Description of Work: Replaced pipe and drains in double kitchen sink. Original pipes were nearly 50 years old and had rusted through. They did a great job and the sink looks and acts like new again.
