They are expensive. I will use them in the future again if I can afford them.

Even though you have a service agreement with them, they charge you a trip fee every time which is ridiculous. They are more expensive than others. They are responsive and punctual. I had told them that I don’t want a technician coming into my house and he was sent anyway.

They are very good people. They are not real cheap but they are real good. They came out and got the job done. They cleaned up after themselves and were very neat. They did a good job.

The workers showed up on time and went straight to work. Didn't take them long to figure out the sewage line was backed up. The worker in charger told us if the line could be unclogged outside the building it would be cheaper and proceeded to check if it would be possible from the outside. I am glad to say they could get to the line outside and saved us over $100 or more in fees. All in all the whole process took less than an hour. Both workers were polite and knowledgeable.

Price seemed a little steep but the work was good and came with 18 month warranty

The HVAC technican was on time and was very courteous and professional. The plumbing crew was also on time, both for the estimate and the actual work, and they were very courteous and professional also. I am pleased with the outcome of both services.

I don’t recall how much they charged me for their services. They are very honest, prompt and on time. They are prompt and on time at the same time. I will use their services again in the future if I need to.

Plumber showed up the day of the schedule and diagnosed the problems we were having. He gave us an estimate we thought was fair and repaired the problems. He also repaired a few minor problems we werent aware.

The estimate was much too high so I decided to go with a different company.

They were local. They were very professional. They came and did the job. They told me what they would do. There were enough of positives and I liked that. I would use them in the future.

I have used them before. I knew they were kind of expensive during the weekends. They are still kind of expensive even during a weekday. What they charged was expensive for less than an hour. They are very nice and come out when they say they would. The same person came on both times. He doesn’t live very far away from here. They were very efficient about doing the work. I called and left a message, and the girl called me back within an hour. She called me at 6:30 in the morning. They are very efficient, but they are also expensive.

I called after 5:00 pm because of a leak which I thought was coming from my water heater. They did charge me extra, but they sent somebody out right away, which I appreciated because the water was coming out from beneath the carpet and wood flooring. It turned out the leak was coming from my ac, which was in the same location. Jimmy wasn't sure he would be able to fix it, because that wasn't his area of expertise, but he managed to, and he did a good job. So I asked to have my ac serviced by one of their technicians, since i wasn't happy with the one who had done previous work on it. Philip came out the next business day, and checked the unit, and added freon. Afterwards I went ahead and got their Pink Plan to get my unit regularly serviced. Wilbur's staff appears to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

They were on time. They were conscientious. They were pleasant to work with. They were fine. They were the best. The price was high; but they were good.

Called Wilbur's on a Saturday afternoon (so expected to spend a little more) to clean a stubborn kitchen sink clog. This was after Roto Rooter failed and broke my disposal in the process. The serviceman arrived quickly, was very knowledgeable, and very professional... and he fixed the clog. I would recommend their services and would definitely hire them again..although they are a little on the high side of price.

They are wonderful. Anytime I have a problem they are right here. They didn't charge me for the last call because they didn't have to make a repair. They are a little on the expensive side. Their signature is they drive around in pink trucks. They are the ones I call when I need service. I'm a single woman and I trust them so that means a lot.

Overall it went well, they arrived on time, and performed the requested services.

It took them about 2 hours. I was given the price before the work was done. Each time they entered the house, they covered their shoes, which I appreciated.

They were very prompt and I liked that very much about them. They were little expensive though.

Contacted Lacy Sterrett to set up an appointment. She couldn't have been nicer. The plumber, Jimmy, came out the next day and quoted the job. I didn't have time to shop around, so I don't know if I could have gotten the work done any cheaper, but I felt confident that Jimmy would do us right. He began work right away and the sinks and fixtures were installed in a timely manner and the work areas were clean when he finished. About 2 weeks later, I noticed that one of the shut off valves was dripping a tiny bit under the kitchen sink. I called Lacy yesterday, and true to her word, Jimmy came out first thing this morning. He just called and said he wasn't sure if the valve should have been replaced when he ws there before, but he was going to replace it today at no charge. Yay! Very nice fellow. I'm very happy with Wilbur plumbing.

First the basement flooded from the basement toilet. Evans came out and cleared the drain line. Next day it started to flood again. Evans returned and repeated the process of running a snake. I requested a camera run thru the line to find the real problem. Evans came out the following week and ran a camera thru the drain. They stated it was a septic tank problem; the line to the tank was damaged and would require tearing up my brand new walk to excavate the line and replace; to the tune of $3,500. I called Wilbur's based upon a referral. They were suspicious and started with uncovering the septic tank. We discovered the inlet was lower than the outlet. That was the only problem, not the line to the tank. I will never use Evans again!!!!

They did a good job with the installation and the plumber was very professional. They let us see a book that had a list of prices for the different jobs they do. I liked that they were very upfront about the cost for their work.
