Description of Work: I needed a plumber to video cam a sewer line for a home inspection. I called and they were very curteous. Wilbur personally gave me the quote. However, I did not use Wilbur's services because the quote was $500, while Eagle Service was $250. Consequently, I used Eagle Service Company.

Description of Work: Stopped water from dripping in my kitchen sink and one of my bathroom sinks. Washers were replaced in both.

Description of Work: I already paid $111.00 for $200.00 worth of plumbing but I wanted an estimate on pulling out my cabinet. faucet and mirror to replace them. They wanted to charge $49.00 for an estimate. I just don't go for that. If they wanted my business they would give a free estimate like most companies do.i must have paid $99.00.

Description of Work: I chose Wilber's for 2011, and may have used them in 2010 too. In 2012 they did not call me for an annual inspection. When I used them, they did a good job. When I asked them for a quote on a replacement, they did not seem to give me anything special in proposed cost. So I chose someone else to replace one part of my system.

Description of Work: The kitchen sink was stopped up. The plumber found the clean out plug in the unfinished basement. He at first considered letting the clog empty onto the ground under the house. I offered a bucket, which he at first declined but then accepted. When he opened the plug a great mess of grease and water came gushing out. This would have created a terrible odor without the use of the bucket. He then ran his rooting machine into the pipe as far as he could. He was unsure whether the pipe went into the septic tank or into a grease trap. He pulled the rooting machine back out and reloaded his truck. The truck left an oily spot on the asphalt driveway which I had to clean up so it wouln't create a soft spot in the drive. The charge for coming to the house on the weekend was $69.00. The charge to run the rooting machine was $299.00. I was told the latter charge would be the same whether the machine seemed to clear anything or not. The job was given no warranty whatsoever.
