They come out quarterly. They are very good. They will provide additional services as requested at no charge because I am on a contract with them. They will come out with no problem. They are excellent. I am very pleased with them.

I have been using them for the last four years. They do a good job. I will use them again in the future.

I contacted Wayne's on 03/30/12 to get an estimate on a termite contract and possible treatment. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. (She is the reason I gave a C rating for professionalism). She told me that Wayne would be contacting me to schedule an appointment. I never recieved a call, so I called back on 04/05/12. This time I was able to speak to Wayne, and scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm on 04/13/12. There have been several Angie's List reviews that state that their call was never returned. However, I decided to give them a chance, because my mother had just signed a contract with them, and Wayne's did a very professional job of treating her house. On 04/13, I arrived home at 12:50 pm. At 1:10 pm, Wayne had not arrived and I placed my first call to the office. I received a recording, so I called back and was told Wayne was at the office. The call was transferred, and I received Wayne's voicemail. I then had to call back 6 more times before the call was answered by a person and not the recording. I was transferred to Wayne, once again, and he told me he would be at my house in 15 minutes. I asked him how long it would take once he arrived, and he told me 15 minutes. I waited 25 minutes, and he still had not arrived. Since Wayne obviously cannot tell time, I figured the 15 minutes for the estimate was really 30 minutes to 1 hour. I had to get back to work, and left my house at 1:40. What is very frustrating to me is that Wayne did not call to let me know he was running late. My office is 30 minutes away, so he essentially wasted almost 2 hours of my day. Sadly this behavior is the norm, not the exception with contractors. My rule of thumb is that if a contractor is late or a no show for the estimate, they are off my list. If they cannot respect a potential client's time enough to call and let them know they are running late, or need to reschedule, then I hate to think what types of issues we will encounter if they were given the job.

They are excellent, and very professional. I don't have to be at home when they come, which is usually in the morning, and they leave a note telling me what they have done.

They are also good. They are always here, if we have to call them for extra visits they come and don't charge us. The workers are very nice. They have good service.

They were the most horrible to deal with. When I had a problem, they were uncooperative, rude, and unhelpful. They did such a lousy job.

No problem. I wish their lawn treatments covered more type of weeds.

I have a contract with them. Their service is excellent and their products are environmentally friendly. They are very good people to use if you have pets. It is an excellent company.

They did what they said they would do, finished on time, and the work that they did looked great.

They were very professional, on time, and friendly. They sprayed all the cracks inside of the house the results have been great. They even came back free of charge when we noticed a few more roaches, and heavily baited in the kitchen. Since then, we haven't noticed any more problems. They are very responsive and I will definitely keep using them!

It took 2 days for Wayne, the technician assigned to me (NOT the owner I was told) to return my phone call. W@hen he did he said he had been out of town. I told him I went with another contractor. I picked them because they were rated A.

The estimate was given quickly and professionally. I would have liked a little more communication as to when to expect them and what they would be doing. When we talked, they were always courteous, helpful and very accommodating; sometimes going out of their ways to get jobs done well. When they were done for the day, everything was always cleaned up. If ever there was a problem, my request for help was answered immediately and the problem fixed.

I have a lot of services and it includes the treatment of the lawn.

Excellently. They were responsive to inquiry, explained their services well, gave us excellent advice on what we should look at doing, and did nto try to push additional services we did not want on us.

They do a good job. I have been using them for about thirty years. I am happy with them. Their technicians are friendly and efficient. I sometimes have to let them in my house and work and I don't mind letting them in. It costs around $95 to have them out quarterly. I think the price is fair. I have not used anybody else in years. Their professionalism, responsiveness and punctuality are very good. I would continue to use them in the future.

They have a wonderful serviceman who comes to our house. His name is David Cleveland. He has been our pest guy for years. He is very professional, personable, and reliable. If you ever have an issue, he comes right out to take care of it. He runs the show.

After comparing several companies methods and pricing we went with Wayne's quarterly service plan where they treat every 3 months for a set rate and you can call them any other time for spot treatments for no charge. I was skeptical but they have met our needs. We still have some bugs but I don't think that is due to them. We don't allow them to use really harsh chemicals and spray everywere because we have young kids, but they kill most of the pests. Very prompt service and reasonable rates.

Basic service is fine, but I have had to call several times about a particular issue with Bermuda mixed into my Zoisia. I had one of the employees tell me it was another kind of grass. They sent someone else out to evaluate it. They supposedly sprayed to get rid of it on a couple of occassions, but it hasn't dome any good. I'm tired of calling and am switching to another service.

Called company on Thursday morning. Person answering the phone said she would get the message to "him" to call me and set up an appointment. Has yet to call and set the appt. it has been almost 2 wks. Went with another company.

They are very nice and thorough. They do what they say they will. I am very pleased with their work.

We choose them because they are a local company and I have experience with them with previous places I worked. They are very conscientious and my overall experience with them has been excellent.

They are one of the larger companies in the area, and I am pleased with their service. Everything is fine. We pay about $200 annually, and I think it is a fair price. I would use them in the future.

I did get a little bit of discount from them as I had used them for termite control. The price was comparable to everybody else. They sent a person out the very next day after I called them. They were here when they said they would be. When they come out to do the work they don’t let us know that they are here. When they come out when we aren’t here they leave a note informing us on what they found and what they did. We have an ongoing contract with them.

After my call, the company representative met me at the house and looked at areas needing work. Two days later I received a written estimate by e-mail. After reviewing the estimate, I contacted the representative and agreed to the estimated price. The work was to be done on July 27th but the company called and said they could come on Friday, July 24th. The workers arrived promptly at the agreed on time and completed the work in just over 4 hours. This included moving a irrigation sprinkler head, cleaning weeds off the bank, planting the agreed on plants, and mulching with pinestraw. The small flowerbeds were cleaned out, dirt was added, and plants were installed, The third bed was weeded and the additional roses were planted. The trash was bagged and hauled away. All work was performed satisfactorily.

Very friendly and extremely prompt! Best experience I have ever had with a pest control service.
