Description of Work: They pumped, and inspected the septic tank. We had not closed on house yet, therefore when they asked if I would go in and run water to make sure it came through, I had no way to enter. Wish I had known ahead of time because I could have arranged realtor to unlock house. Guess they did not realize this before appointment. They were very nice.

Description of Work: Cleaned septic tank and laid new feeder line

Description of Work: The workers were on time and worked fairly fast to complete the job of pumping out my septic tank. They made a lot of mess in the yard, however. First they didn't bring enough flexible pipe (by about 10 feet) to reach into my backyard from the front street; so they backed their truck up onto the lawn and left deep tire imrpessions in the grass for about ten feet that I then had to work to restore. Also they did a rather sloppy job of replacing the grass over the septic tank lid. I had to go back and spend several hours redoing all of that. I had had this done by a different company before, and they did a very good job of replacing the grass. Should have gone back to them for a few dollars more.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 aerobic septic tanks and replaced aerator motor.

Description of Work: The shower was leaking in our bathroom and required service. The plumber replaced a shower seal and a new drain pipe. The service charge was included in the bill.
