I received an estimate that was approximately $3,000 higher than any other estimate I received. They were very punctual and got me the estimate quick (which no other company did). I have no doubt that they would have done an excellent job. But $9,000 was just too much to replace my 2 ton Carrier system with a 3 ton system and add 2 new vents. Their estimate almost hurt my feelings it was so high!

Carl was great. Very helpful and honest about what I actually needed doing. Will definitely call him when I am ready to move forward.

I've used them a few times. They were in and out. They were very polite and did a good job. I felt that they were very thorough.

Steve was very professional, honest and personable; probably one of the best residential HVAC techs I have run across. Even though one of my systems has a refrigerant leak, he did not push a replacement. He suggested we see how the system runs after recharge...so far, so good. I chose WC Wright because of the numerous good reviews in Angie's list. If Steve is typical for their technicians, I highly recommend this company. If you can schedule Steve to do your work, you will be in good hands.

Last summer I called this company repeatedly about coming out and giving me an estimate on replacing a central air conditioning component in my home. I called them at least four times over a period of two months. Each time they promised to come in the next couple of days but never showed. I finally gave up and waited until this year. I started again to try and get them to give me an estimate. This time one of their representatives finally showed up. It seemed pretty clear that he wasn't interested in the job, but he promised me he would get back to me in a day or two with a second inspection and an estimate. That is the last I saw or heard from him. In the future, I would never use this company because they repeatedly do not keep agreements and cannot seem to give honest, straight answers. I eventually had the work done by another company that is lower rated in Angie's List, and they did a super job.

I checked numerous places for the lowest price and I thought they gave me the best price for the service.

I called them (based on the Angie's List ratings) after my normal service company quoted me a price on this replacement. Their price was equivalent. I have been somewhat unhappy with my current company, so I asked Wright & Son to do the install. I called them back, and they came out the very next day. They were very professional and nice guys. They showed up exactly on time. They removed the old equipment from outside and in the basement. Then they unpacked and installed the new equipment. And when they left, there was not a trace that anyone had been here - no trash, no footprints, no grime. Just a new perfectly-working system with a 10-year warranty. I now have my normal service contract with them instead. I recommend W.C. Wright & Sons very highly.

This was an outstanding experience! The tech was prompt, professional and very nice! The company worked around my schedule and the work was handled quickly and neatly under unbearable conditions in a very HOT attic for a very reasonable price. They gave me the 10% labor discount for being a first time user from Angie's List. I would recommend this company to anyone! I will never choose blindly from the phone book again!

It was really nice to have found a company as reliable as Wright was. They came out the same day as we called them and completely replaced the old system we had with this new duel tower system. It works beautifully and the price they gave us was excellent.

Wright WC & Son rearranged their busy schedule to get to my house quickly. We had no heat and we needed someone quick. I have to say, the gentleman that came out made it very quick and easy. The only part that took awhile was getting the part I needed for the control board. Meanwhile, I was being charged the whole time. The part I needed was definitely on the expensive side. He was very good about answering questions and I would recommend Wright WC & Son to my friends.

An example of how trustworthy and good they were was I had an expensive filter on my unit because I'm asthmatic and instead of charging me to change it as usual they said it would last until the next visit. Honesty in this business was a needed factor and I was very impressed with them. My units haven't ran into trouble yet and with them I didn t expect any either.

They do an excellent job and I have never had problems with what they have done for us. If they see something that may cause problems in the future they will bring it to my attention. I have used them for two years now.

We have no complaints with the Wright company. They have many years of experience and are also clean about their work. They have been working for us for quite some time and have kept the system running well. If there are any problems they come right over and do not charge us for labor. There is a small trip charge but that is all. They have done a fantastic job for us.

They do a really professional job with the maintenance care on our heating & air-conditioning unit. We are always satisfied with their service. The price is very reasonable and they come on a regular schedule. They will replace any repairs if needed.

We had a yearly contract with them and I felt the cost was competitive. They came out twice a year to just service the unit. They did and have always have done a good job for us. They would also come out if we called them if anything went wrong with our unit.

They did an excellent job in the overhaul of our new roof. They were very professional tidy and they ended up hauling away the old roof as soon as they removed it. They were very courteous and respectful while around our home. Their work was just superb.

I have been very happy with the new cooling system in my house. It operates much more efficiently, and is extremely quiet. The installation was done in a methodic manner, and was finished in about five hours. They have since made sure it continues to run smoothly. They are also very good at keeping in touch to check how it is running. Hiring Wright was a fortunate decision for me.
