Our new personal A/C unit was put in the morning of April this year, took them just the day. Were on time and professional. They came within a day of commercial call and did maintenance check on 2 A/C units of community clubhouse in an hour. Very Professional

The appt was for Wed morning and I called to confirm that morning, told them I need to leave by 11:30 for an appt. They called at 11:00 on their way. At 11:20 still not there, I called they were 10 min away. I rescheduled for the first appt Thursday morning 7:00 @ 7:15 I got a call he was on his way got there about 7:30. Nice man and he did check the system, not professional. I had been quoted $79.00 for the first unit and $49.00 for the second. The charge $79.00 and $59.00.

It was a positive experience overall. I’ve been ripped off in the past, and Wright was a great company to work with! They were honest.

Very impressed all around, from first call in, to promptness and expertise, to the thank you note I received in the mail.

Came out promptly on a blisteringly hot Sunday morning. Anticipated problem based on description over the phone, and quickly fixed AC unit upon arrival. Accurately quoted both time and expense in advance - were up-front about weekend rates, and honored Angie's List discount. All around, an excellent experience.

We bought our house just over a year ago and our home inspector suggested we have the unit serviced just to make sure it worked properly. The unit looked old so we did what he said and had the sellers get someone to come and service it. The unit ended up needing to be replaced because it had stopped working completely. Thankful for this we didn't imagine that there would be any problems since it is brand new. Well almost exactly one year later, our house started to become a few degree's cooler than it was outside. I was hesitant to call anyone but after a couple days we couldn't bare it. I chose W C Wright and Sons after looking on Angie's List and asked some friends around town about the company. Only good things is what I discovered. I called and made an appointment and within a few hours the technician was at our house. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked on the unit and found 3 leaks that the prior company messed up when installing the new unit. He topped off the freon, fixed the leaks, and checked the system to make sure everything else was working properly. From our experience today, I can't recommend these guys enough. As a new homeowner my wife and I feel relieved to have found a company that is completely honest and actually addressed the problem. Needless to say, the company gained some new customers and we will be a good referral base for them moving forward!

I have used them for a long time and I am really pleased with them. I like their attitude; I like their manners. They are professional. They truly do try to take care of their customers without taking advantage of them.

They do a good job at a reasonable price. I give them all A's and would use them again.

Our AC unit isn't working and our landlady's "maintenance man" never shows up. So we called WC Wright and they came within a couple of hours. We were advised that there's a leak in the unit and given a few different options. Since the landlady wasn't going to replace the unit OR do the work as needed, we were considering the option to pay for the work ourselves. The technician that came out let us know how much it would cost (multiple hundreds of $$$$) and advised against buying another unit as it would then belong to the house, not to us. We ended up not having the work done but we still recommend this company.

It is a local company and they were excellent. It is a small company and they were very thorough. They discovered that there were some issues under the house where the heat and air circulates. They had to go under there and they had to make a lot of repairs that were kind of difficult to do. Some of that had come apart or had been damaged. It really helped with the heating in the house. There had been a lot of gaps where we were losing air. So they just did a really good job. They were reasonably priced. I thought that it was well worth it. I spent several hundred dollars but the guys worked here for hours and hours.

Replaced the attic furnace with a new Trane unit. The men were on time, were clean, worked quickly and were courteous.

The technician who came out was polite and knowledgeable and completed the work within 30 minutes. They also were able to give me an actual appointment time when I called the day before rather than a 2 or 4 hour time period. I thought the overall hourly charges were a bit high - $79 for the first half hour and $30 for each subsequent quarter hour, but that may be the going rate these days. However, given the fact that the work was completed in less than 30 minutes I was happy. I also had gotten a previous estimate to fix the problem from another company, Freedom Heating and AIr, and was told it would cost me $500 to fix the problem. I knew that didn't seem right and sent them on their way. This is the second time I have used Wright and have been pleased both times.

W C Wright & Son Service Co W C Wright & Son Service Co, have done an excellent job for us! We have come to rely on them for all our air conditioning and heating needs. When they arrived, they found that my heater was no longer working and determined the problem and got it running. They didn't even charge me extra for it, it was still under a warranty from another company. They sell good equipment, we had bought an air conditioning coil and compressor unit from them before, the price was very competitive, and they even came out in a heavy down pour of rain to install it.

I called Wright and Sons H/AC because I've used them before yrs ago. With this "brutal" heat we're having, it was the next day before they could come---too busy . The service tech arrived the next afternoon, as requested and within 30 minutes the a/c was fixed. The A/C wasn't blowing "cold" air, more freon was injected and after 20 minutes, the house was cooling nicely. Matthew, the service tech that came was knowledgeable and professional, the price we paid was very fair(better than most). I will most definately use them again.

We don't have any problems with them. They live right down the street.

I have used their services for heating and air conditioning system in my house. The old and new employees praise their company a lot and when I asked them reason, one of the employees said that, the previous company he was working for pushed him to sell parts, advising false repairs and faults. W C Wright & Son Service Co has never asked them to do anything as such. They do a great job and I will continue to use the same in future.

I was very impressed overall. Shane was very professional, courteous and took the time to explain to me what was wrong, what needed to be done and the costs involved to make the repairs.

They were able to come out within a few hours. Very helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely use again.

Called for an estimate on replacing a heating and cooling system with a new heat pump. I was getting estimates from various installers that work with different manufacturers. When they mentioned they were a Trane dealer, I told them I already had an estimate from that manufacturer and it was out of my budget. They told me they dealt with other brands and would like to come out. The estimator came on-time the following day but gave me their proposal handwritten on a sheet of notebook paper for a TRANE system...and to top it off, it was for just a conventional ac and furnace instead of a heat pump. I discussed what I was looking for at length and still got bad information. When he called later with the heat pump numbers, they were nearly identical to the other Trane dealer's price. This was a waste of their time and mine. I think they need to work on making their estimating and sales efforts more professional. They apparently have it down on service and installation as they were highly recommended by neighbors and Angie's List.

I have used Wright for several years and they do a great job. My only hiccup with them is that when they schedule it is for a range of hours instead of an appointment time -- Tough for us working folks. They do show up on time and will make a confirmation call when they are on their way out. Staff is always incredibly helpful and nice.

They are all very polite and we have them do all of our yearly service. Whenever they send a new person out I ask them if they enjoy working for the company and they always say yes. When I ask them why, they always say that they treat their technicians with respect and that they dont pressure the technicians to suggest work that doesn't need to be done. I would highly recommend them.

We had a good experience with them. We have used them for several years. They did a fabulous job. They replaced some of the old duct and did some other extra work for no extra charges. They went above and beyond. They were responsive; they came out right away and got to work. They even helped me find a person to replace the drywall and that person did a wonderful job.

It was very frustrating. They never communicated with me or my tenants as to when they would come out to repair it. It took them several weeks to fix the air conditioner, and they fixed it with an after-market blower. This wasn't an issue except that they never told me this. I was expecting a new piece. Many of my tenants left due to the frustration. They said that they did offer a discount when asked about an Angie's List coupon, but they never provided a discount to me.
