Description of Work: Needed to clean, grout and refinish kitchen tile. Started work with two helpers. They must have been new learners. Contractor left the two men to finish the work. It was half done. Contacted contractor. He promised to return; got very sassy about my request; never returned. |

Description of Work: Promised to come out to do an estimate on regrouting my shower, but didn't show up and didn't call. I didn't try to call again. I figured that if I couldn't count on him to show up for an estimate, I couldn't trust him to do the work.

Description of Work: Victor & his crew re-did the shower tile in both of my showers due to the awful job LA SA construction did with original installation. The front bathroom shower is fairly straight-forward with a brick-type pattern on the walls above the tub and 2 built-ins for soap/shampoo. He also installed bullnose around the edge for the shower wall transition to painted wall. They installed concrete board prior to the tile work, which was done very quickly, but very neatly. The back bathroom is a walk-in shower only, so it needed wall tile as well as floor tile inside the shower stall, which Victor also took care of for me. This shower is a little more complex design because it is a custom size, with a low curb, a built-in for shampoo, a built-in for a shaving step and a countertop that comes part way into the shower. Not only did Victor do a fabulous job working with the odd shaped space he did a very nice job with a "chair-rail" type accent strip around the wall. I also had a pocket door installed in this bathroom, and he was able to replace a tile for me that had been cut wrong by LA SA when they laid the floor.
