Two Maids & A Mop

I used Two Maids and a Mop this past Thursday (7/20). After having several conversations with Kim this summer about exactly what I needed, I was very excited for them to start and do bimonthly and cleanings. Unfortunately, what I came home to was very different from what we discussed. My house did not look much different at all from when I left that morning, not to mention they were an hour and a half late for our appointment. Several pieces of furniture had not been dusted, nothing had been moved for the dusting (as I was told it would be), the floors did not look swept, only two of three bedrooms looked vacuumed, one toilet had not been cleaned at all, the master shower had not been cleaned at all and only part of bathroom counters had been wiped. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I called Kim to express my concerns. She asked me to send pictures and that she would get back with me. I sent pictures, including the dirty dust cloth and mop water from where I dusted and mopped. I had company coming and the house had to be cleaned that day. I later received a text back that it was possibly lint left behind from a microfiber cloth (these were pics of furniture that had not been dusted at all- big difference in lint) and that the ladies did not know how to use my vacuum (that we showed them how to use and I told Kim they were welcome to use the one they bring). She did offer for them to come and complete the job, after she saw the pics of the dirty cloth showing I had already dusted and water where I mopped because I could not wait. I explained that and told her I felt some accommodation needed to be made because of the amount of money I paid her and the lack of completion. I have yet to hear back from the text and phone calls made. I am very disappointed and feel that it is unethical and unprofessional to accept payment and not complete the job they agreed to do.

Went great. I've been having them clean my home twice a month for several months. It's always great coming home to a sparkling and wonderfully smelling home on cleaning day!

They did a fair job however I felt they were highly overpriced.

As usual the ladies were prompt, professional and got the job done right the first time. I appreciate them arriving on time and doing a great job cleaning my house. When they arrive they are professional and come with all their own cleaning supplies, they split the house with each taking a side and meeting up in the middle. They always ask me to walk around and see if they missed anything to make sure I'm satisfied with the service. I get the cleaning monthly and the house always looks, smells and feels much cleaner when they leave. Thank you Two Maids & A Mop, highly recommend...

They come every two weeks and do a really good job. They are thorough and pleasant.

We were completely satisfied. They worked around our schedule and they were very professional.

Since I had explained that I really liked my floors clean and they were not, my husband and I decided to try another cleaning service.

They did an excellent job. However, they were just so expensive I couldn’t use them again. That is the only reason I didn’t use them again. The girls came in and one of them was in charge that would tell the other girls what to do and divide the work accordingly. She assigned the tasks and they really got to work. They didn’t spend any time talking and they worked the whole time they were here. In just an hour, they cleaned my house from top to bottom. They did a great job. They did mirrors, glass, vacuumed, cleaned counter tops, mopped floors, and changed the sheets on my bed. Three of them working together did everything. I would love to have them every week. The price was fair because they were three workers, so for little over an hour I got three hours of work done but I think that was just too much because the girls weren’t paid that.

After they left, I noticed that my pantry was not mopped when my kitchen was. My master bath tub and jets were never cleaned. They left a lot of dust. I had to spend the rest of the day cleaning everything they missed (which was a lot!).

They showed up a day late and did a poor job.

They were very professional in fitting us into their schedule and did a very thorough cleaning job.

In early October, we had water damage in the house due to a pipe leaking behind a wall. With all the commotion going on of multiple contractors in and out of the house doing various repairs and replacing floorings, Two Maids & A Mop has been so flexible in rescheduling (what would normally be every other Tuesday cleaning) around all the disruptions and in dealing with out of the ordinary mess (contractors are not very good about cleaning up behind themselves!). Not only do Two Maids work with and around the extraordinary going on at the moment, they do not miss a beat on performing their own outstanding job. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Shelly and her crew. As I said, they have been very flexible in adjusting schedules this past month, yet they dependably show up on time, when they say they will, and do a good job with a cheerful attitude! It is very easy for regular suppliers of any service to get complacent over time, but not these ladies - they clean my home as if it were their own, You can't ask for more than that!

I can't say enough about how professional and thorough this service is. This is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I clean to very high standards, and they have met them every time. You will not be disappointed if you use this company for your cleaning needs.

i use them for a weekly basis for a month and I just stopped two weeks ago. They were dependable and that was good. But I think the price was little high for what they would do. They didn't do that much. They send two people and I think one would be sufficient. They did what they did and they did well, mostly floors, kitchens and bathrooms. They were in and out in a very speedy order, usually about 45 minutes, and it's not a very big place.

Ladies were on time and the same ones came as the last time, which I really liked. They were efficient and the house looks and smells like new when they left. They have a wonderful attitude and are very professional.

They did a good job and were efficient time wise. The house smelled wonderful - and looked great too. Can't wait until they come back this Friday.

THEY ARE THE BEST. NOT ONLY ARE THEY EXCELLENT HOUSE CLEANERS, THEY ARE WARM AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. IF ON THE RARE OCCASION YOU FIND SOMETHING MISSED, THEY HAPPILY TAKE CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. WE WOULDN'T USE ANY OTHER SERVICE.

Girls were meticulous and thorough. Instructions for specific tasks were followed correctly. Crew is focused, profssional and eager to please. I would recommend them to anyone.

Several months ago, I was in dire straits and needed major assistance with housecleaning. Also, it was important to have trustworthy people in my home. After reviewing several ratings and reading numerous comments on Angie's List, I decided to give Two Maids and a Mop a try. I was very pleased with the services they provided. The cleaning staff was extremely professional and very friendly. When my three-year old daughter walked into the house, her initial comment was "Aaaamazing"!!! I would (and have) recommend their services to family, friends, and colleagues.

I have been sidelined by back surgery for several months now, plus we enjoyed a month-long vacation in Florida before my surgery, so our house had not seen serious cleaning in 4 months. My husband has been very good about keeping up with the vacuuming, doing all the cooking and kitchen cleanup, even toilet cleaning, but he is still a "middle of the room" kind of guy. So, in addition to what I would call "normal every day cleaning", baseboards, window sills, floor edges along walls, and ceiling fans plus hardwood floors and tile floors all needed extra attention. Two Maids and A Mop offers a "deep clean" that entails quite literally touching every surface in the house, and that was what I needed. Sherry and Megan showed up, right on time; we did a walk-through and I gave me the opportunity to tell them what my concerns and priorities were. Then they went to work . . . and did not disappoint! They spent a good 7 hours each and my house quite literally sparkled when they were finished. In addition to the more normal cleaning tasks, they tackled two very time-consuming ones as well: the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (inside and out) and the large, glass enclosed marble shower in the master bath. The appliances looked like new, literally, when the ladies were finished and the shower - not a fingerprint or soap scum mark anywhere on all that glass and the floor was as white as if it had never been used before! Their attention to detail extended even to such little things as I noticed Shelly wiping off every spice bottle in a stainless steel spice rack that was sitting on the counter next to the stove and Megan took every bottle out of the wine rack, dusted it and them before putting them all back. Megan (being rather tiny!) also crawled behind cabinets and bookcases, and between furniture and walls, cleaning up dead bugs and dust, while Shelly was literally on her hands and knees in the shower scrubbing that floor. Both ladies were not only very pleasant, but very professional as well. Needless to say, we are going to have them back here on a regular basis for bi-weekly cleaning.

I needed someone to come and clean my apartment within the next few days, and they were able to accommodate my needs. They gave me a price quote within a day and was out to my apartment within 2 days. Cleaning services in general are not cheap, but they are well worth every penny spent. My apartment was desperately in need of a thorough cleaning, and that's what these ladies did. I am very happy with the services they provided and have scheduled them to come back on a monthly basis.

The two ladies were on-time and brought their equipment with them so I didn't need to supply anything. This first time they did a basic cleasn-up; they will be back in2wo weeks to do an extended cleaning including walls & cealing fans for a few more dollars. I have them setr-up for twice a month on that basis, so we'll see how it goes. This first time I was very happy with the results, my house is pretty neat, but they got the floors and bath rooms looking the way i like them.

I was extremely happy with the outcome. Juinita and Tracy were friendly and very good at their job. I was most impressed with the bathrooms. My only negative comment I could make is that my budget won't allow me to have them every week - although their pricing was not unreasonable. Thank you very much Two Maids and a Mop!! Julie
