structural engineer
+ -1 moreI called Barry Jones. He was thorough and he did it really reasonably on the price. I put together a 20 page document on all the structural elements already described and gave this to him so he didn't have to look stuff up. He went through my documentation and wrote his calculations. He gave me a cover letter for my city stating it was built well beyond the structural requirements for my building.
Description of Work: I recently added about 1000 sq feet to my house. When the inspector came by, he told me I needed a structural engineer to approve the building before he could approve it.
