Description of Work: I am so pleased with the responsiveness, flexibility, and quality of Trutech's work. I will use them again and recommend them . The only thing I would suggest is that they provide pictures of the work they have done. My work was in a crawl space and the roof so I cannot readily see them. But that is an afterthought. They are fabulous!

Description of Work: Set traps for rats in the attic and on the roof. We purchased heavy metal "screens" to go around the roof vents to keep out the critters. Jason was terrific. My only complaint is that the price seems high. But he did come to the house many times to retrieve the rodents and set new traps. Excellent service!

Description of Work: Assessed situation. Identified that a squirrel had access to our attic and was in process of building nest. Set trap and caught squirrel. Laid trap for additional two weeks to trap any others. Installed covers to prevent further intrusions. Good service.

+ -1 moreSquirrels set up housekeeping in our attic and were not deterred by poison bait traps. Our pest control company didn't provide this service but recommended Trutech. Their online reviews by users were better than others. I emailed them and they promptly called to set up an appointment. The serviceman arrived at the scheduled time, identified the entry sites, set up traps and returned to seal up the holes with metal plates. We had no evidence for squirrels in the attic for about 7 months but they managed to circumvent the barrier over one of the previous holes. I reported this to Trutech and the serviceman returned and sealed the hole again at no charge even though it was beyond the warranty date because he said that he had run out of the heavy duty metal plates during the original treatment. The weaker metal sheet was breached, so it was replace with heavy duty sheeting at no cost.
Description of Work: Removal of squirrels from attic and patch entry paths.
