They do my heating and air under contract. I would use them again. It is just one guy that comes out. I've used them for years, 10 years, and I am always satisfied. They always do good work.

Mike at TQ was very helpful and informative. He did good work and I'd use him again.

He was very professional but I did not use him. He was a little high. I got a quote from three but we went with another one. He had two reviews on Angie’s list and they were great. I would have used him had it not been for the price. He was nice and courteous. I called him on a Saturday but he put me on hold for an extended length of time so I had to call his office to leave a message. Regarding his punctuality he was on time.

We have always had good service from Mike.

They are actually now my regular supplier for heating and air conditioning service. I have a service agreement that covers all the servicing of the furnaces and my two air conditioners. I pay them yearly. They are very responsive and very honest. When I first started using them I did get a couple of quotes for servicing. They are timely and come when they say they are going to be here. They don't drag the job out for six hours. They do good work and I don't have to call them back out a second time. I have discovered that they have children that attend the same school as my children so it now has become a community deal. That is probably one of the reasons I stay with them.

It was amazing. The work was great. They were a lot cheaper than everyone else and the work was really incredibly professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Repair was scheduled through the home warranty company. They had first referred me to another company that did not call me within the prescribed time or return any of my calls. After two days of sweating (this was during the triple digit heatwave), I begged the warranty company to please give my repair to another contractor. They referred me to TQ. The company arrived the first thing the next morning and had my air conditioning running before lunchtime. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

After four months of no air conditioning (American Home Shield sent JAV and Hodges to do repairs, but they were unable to fix), TQ came out to my home. Not only did TQ do the job, but they called the following week to make sure the air conditioning unit was still working properly. Arrived on time. Much appreciated! This was the second time AHS sent me TQ to do repairs. Next time I will ask for them!

He had to come out twice at a total of 6 hours for both visits together. There have been no problems since the repair/installation and the people at the company were helpful. There was nothing that I was unhappy about or that they could have done differently. He was very friendly, honest, courteous, and professional. He cleaned up a little bit of water after himself, and that is all there was to clean up. The man's name was Mike Callens; he was a very nice Christian guy, and I would have trusted him to be in the house by himself.
