Very well. They were quick to respond, professional and more than that, very caring. Follow up visits were made and they always responded to phone calls, texts and emails.

8 year old leather ottomans look brand new. 8 year old white leather sofa looks infiniitely better. Before he began the job, Mike explained that the sofa would not look brand new unless we did a very aggressive cleaning that would necessitate bringing in another company to "restore" the dye which has rubbed off over time. In my opinion Mike scores A+ in integrity!

I love these people. Not cheat but they do awesome job.

Provided team to clean up, removed damaged /soiled items including walls, floors, kitchen cabinets, bath fixtures and furniture. Team removed furniture and stored basement items to an outside area so that we could choose what we wanted to try and save. Bedroom furniture had spindle legs and was not water damaged but did have mold from the moisture. Team removed and cleaned mold off of furniture so that it could be still be usable. Team was very considerate of our needs and very professional. This is the second time that we used "Two the Rescue" and would hire again if the need arises.

The guys showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. Did an awesome job.

Clean up involved removing damaged walls, bath fixtures and kitchen appliances in water and sewer damaged areas. Area was completely sanitized. Special care was given to protect furniture in the basement that did not get exposed to sewage. Crew was very professional.

This is second time I have used their service. The first time was for cleaning of area rugs (some orientals) that they did in place. Very nice job. I'm not sure this is good price but they are very pleasant people, very professional and got stain out of carpet I never thought would come out (I have 2 boys). They give you a sample of their spot cleaner which is excellent and lots of helpful information. I will use them again.

As far as the cleaning goes, they were great. They were on time and punctual, and there were a few stains on the carpet that they were very good at getting out. However, I called them with an issue about some possible damage to furniture, and the person that came back out was defensive and skeptical about how it happened, which was pretty frustrating. Something had broken off a door on my bedside table, and it was clear that the door had just been screwed back on. The rep that came back out repaired the door, but it was especially frustrating that he was borderline insulting me with his disbelief. For those that hire this company in the future, I recommend taking photos of any valuable furniture before the company comes out. This will be helpful in resolving any disputes about damage.

It was great. Ive used them multiple times. I trust the company. They are very honest, hard working, and very knowledgeable. They we're exceptional. I have no problem putting my name behind them. I think they are fantastic.

It went OK, but I haven’t used them since. The quality of the work was good, and they did exactly what they said. They were on time and professional, but they were just a little on the expensive side. Overall A-.

It went very well. The people who came to the house were very professional and handled the job easily. They went beyond my expectations because they not only cleaned the carpet, they sanitized it to kill all biological waste that had been spilled on the den and hallway carpet. I was very pleased and relieved that the carpet was once again safe for the family since there are babies who come to the house and crawl on the carpet. Thanks to "To The Rescue" I feel comfortable allowing babies to do that once again.

It went very well. They were very prompt and courteous, and did exactly what they said they’d do. Hopefully we don’t need to, but we’d use them again if needed. I wish they would have shown a little more care in the packing of boxes in the process, though.

This place did a great job and they were on time as they were scheduled. They did not have to move furniture because it was a newly renovated house so there was none. I used this company before and this is why I chose them again. The first time, a friend recommended them and she was really happy. They did seem a little high priced, but, I really do not have anything to compare them to. To tell you the truth, I would rather spend the money and get something for it than spend the money and be unhappy.

To The Rescue is a very professional company. They showed up on time and were very courteous in following my instructions. They charged me by the hour and worked 4 hours to get the job done.

They had no problems removing the stains. The workers were very friendly and on time. I was very impressed with the work and I will continue to hire them back to my home.

To The Rescue did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were extremely thorough and made sure they got every single stain out of the carpet. The gentleman who came also wore booties over his shoes, while he was on the carpet which impressed me a great deal. I will continue to use To the Rescue in the future.
