 + -1 moreI worked with Chris Carter and his assistant. I am a control freak and he shut me down. He knows what needs to be done and everything you need to do. I sat back and did exactly what he told me to do. He walked me through everything as far as the mortgage was concerned. He really knows his work and knows what the client needs to do to be approved for a mortgage. He estimated the amount that we would need and was dead on. If you work with him and do exactly what he tells you to do, he will get you a loan. If he says he can do it, he can! They knew exactly what we would need to make everything go smoothly.
