The technicians were on time, friendly and professional. They explained exactly what they were doing and even pointed out other tips that might help the air flow in my house. It was pricey, but worth it.

These guys showed up on time and most importantly, they did what was needed to be done, even though it was significantly less than what we had originally thought was needed. I really appreciated not being "upsold" to sevices that were not required.

Techs were actually over two hours early because the scheduler told them an earlier than I was given. They started from the outside before I got home and were complete in less than an hour. The only problem was with the inspection. I was told the cap was on properly and the screen was intact and the chimney was in great shape. In reality the screen was rusted and brittle and apparently squirrels were using it to enter and exit my house at will. Would have much rather had a real inspection and had the screen replaced instead of having to wait two more weeks and pay an exterminator to discover the problem.

They were 3 times less as compaired to the first bid and the 2 other bid I received.

These guys are great and it was money well spent. I had a clog in my dryer vent and they were very diligent to fix. Air is flowing very well now thus Im saving money drying clothes. Use these guys!

The Mad Hatter Air Duct Cleaning & Chimney Sweep Service did a good job in cleaning my chimney and recommending a couple of repairs. The only complaint I have is in the follow up to their initial service. I had no problem getting them to come out and perform the initial cleaning. But once we noticed the flute would not close, I called the office and it took them two weeks to come back out and resovle this issue. It only took them two days to come out and perform the inital cleaning. I was given an appointment but the person did not show up or call. I had to call the office to inquire why no one showed for the appointment.
