Excellent service, and very knowledgeable about the types of treatments needed for various pests. Immediately available by phone before and after treatment. Responded the same day when I called him back to see about additional spot treatment in a couple areas for more ants. He was very up front about the limitations of the chemicals against certain types of ants (the black carpenter ants), and did not charge for the return visit. He correctly predicted that insect activity would increase for a short time after the chemicals were put down, and he also correctly assured us that they would eventually go away in 2-3 weeks. Since then, there have been no more ants in the treated areas, and all the inside bugs are completely gone. We had roaches, ants, spiders, to varying degrees, and they have all been eliminated as far as I can tell. They were very thorough in treating my crawlspace (the parts that were reachable) and did their best to get chemical into the unreachable parts. They apply top-quality product, and although that costs more, it is far more effective with less chemicals and fewer visits. He and his helper were prompt, called ahead, and called afterward to discuss the visit. A very refreshing attitude in this day and age, let me tell you. He is on my permanent call-list of contractors now.

Treated my house for an ant infestation, and offered suggestions for rodent control (we have mice). Very professional, prompt and great communication. The ants are not 100% gone, but ants are very tough to get rid of. It is a lot better though.

They were prompt and explained exactly what they were doing. They are charging me approximately half of what I was paying with Terminix for the exact same service. I now have 2 houses covered by them and am very happy with their service.
