He seemed friendly over the phone and said he would try to help us, but then he did not return some of our emails and did not get the information that we asked of him.

He showed us more than a dozen houses, but it was the first one he showed us that we ended up making an offer on. He wasn't pushy at any point, but is ready with an opinion if you ask him. I got in touch with Thad by contacting a good home inspector and asking who he thought was a very good real estate agent. He highly recommended Thad. I can't think of a single problem or disappointment during this our latest home buying process. I would recommend Thad and would use him again to buy and sell a house.
Description of Work: Thad presented homes for us based on our price range and preferences. He provided plenty of information about each home that was quite beneficial. He represented us during the negotiation and we are quite happy with how he handled things. He gave us advice all along the way.
