+ -1 moreTime is money in the rental business. Terry's understands this. If a roof is bad, we cannot rent the property out. We trust them with the keys. We call and they come when scheduled. The prices are more than fair. We have never had any problems with the work which has been done on houses, apartments and a garage. The big job has been our home. The roof is great and if we ever have a problem they will come back out.
Description of Work: We use Terry's roofing for many years on our home and our rental properties. We got a new roof on our home, this past year. It was a large job, since the property is over 2,000 Square feet.
