Description of Work: Switch has worked on my home twice. The first time was a coupe of years ago and they did a good job. The second time was last year when they assisted with remodeling my kitchen. The work was average at best. The remote sensor for the kitchen tv was not properly installed. The TV turns off when you turn on the stove fan. I have called them several times in the last few months to see if they would help with updating my home equipment. I wanted to give them another chance because the first work was good. They will not return my calls despite repeated messages left on their machine. I do not recommend them. I am going to find someone else.

+ -1 moreJust talked to Andy at Switch with questions about doing recessed sound in our 1920s home. He was very honest about the potential complications and gave us some cost-effective options that would not make him any money. I really appreciated his honesty and being upfront with us. Really saved us time and money. Would definitely call these guys again if we have another project to discuss.

Description of Work: Switch Audio Video came to our house and put our new television up on a wall mount. They took down our old television, placed it on its stand, and put it in another room. They also replaced our outdated HDMI cables and programmed our universal remote. They did a great job and we will definitely call them in the future.

+ -1 moreHave used these guys previously, but wanted a system for our new home. Flatscreen hung above fireplace with in wall speakers and all components hidden in a closet. Sent a team to accomplish the work, which required some stud cutting for speaker mounts and wire pulls in the attic. The job took a day, and was beautifully finished. My wife is very happy that there are no visible wires or components. Justin was available by phone to clarify operating points on a few questions we had. Switch is a bit on the pricey side, but their work is flawless. They stand behind what they do, and are available to resolve any issue. We are very satisfied and will use them again.
