They were recommended by neighbors, were easy to contact, demonstrated a great deal of experience, and lived up to the very detailed and competetive estimate. Work was done quickly and they went above and beyond my expectations with the cleanup and finishing touches, like adding extra pinestraw.
Description of Work: This company rebuilt an old retaining wall.

+ 2 moreAbout a week prior to the scheduled start date for the work to begin, the sales agent came out with another team member to look at the existing wall. That afternoon, the sales agent called me and said that due to personnel issues they couldn't do the job. I tried to get back in touch with SuperiorScape to say we were willing to wait until they settled their personnel issues but that we would like them to honor the quote they gave us. They have not responded to any of my or my realtor's attempts to contact them. I believe the sales agent misquoted the job, came out with the actual worker who told him it was too cheap, and rather than owning the mistake, talking it out, and honoring the quote they backed out of the job and refused to speak with me again. Terrible customer service.
Description of Work: I just moved to the Birmingham area. The only item needing attention from our home inspection was a failed retaining wall. SuperiorScape provided a quote for the repair, which we used to close on our house (had money held in escrow based on SuperiorScape's quote).

Description of Work: Drainage problem, assessed problem, performed work in professional, net way even, replaced sod with hardly any seeds. Ut appears the problem was solved but remains to be seen.

+ 1 moreReasonable price, courteous workers. Wall looks good and seems sound. Could have cleaned up better. We had used them for another project but got quotes for this project. They had best price.

+ 0 moreWe enjoyed working with them. They did a good job. The owner is very communicative. If I send an email he is extremely responsive. The only issue we had with the landscape project was the job took longer than it was supposed to, it ended up taking a couple of months. We really like the work they did. In the future I would be more clear about expectations regarding time.
Description of Work: They do weekly maintenance on our property. They also did a big landscape job in our backyard. This included grading to help with drainage, plantings, stone and brick work. They also subcontracted out for lawn irrigation.
