The crew that showed up did a fantastic job. The difference that they made on all the things that they did today was incredible. The workers were extremely polite and professional. It was a hot day, and they worked extremely hard. The crew consisted of 2 men, and they worked for about 6.5 hours. We have a decent-sized house on a hill, so it was not an easy task. The drive has never looked as good as it does now. The outside looks almost like it did when we resided and put in new windows in 2013. I wish that I had hired them years ago, and done this on an annual basis. We are putting our house on the market, and I think that what they did today will definitely make a difference on how quickly the house will sell.

They 2 man crew arrived on the day and time promised. The job took about 2 hours and they used some real good cleaner that really made the dirt just melt away, then sprayed it off. It wasn't the typical blast the dirt off the siding. The drive and sidewalk were also cleaned. I am pleased with the results considering how dirty my siding was and the reasonable price.

Superior Cleaning is amazing in all areas from the quote all the way to completion. They called me with an hour of leaving a message for a quote which they were able to provide over the phone. The next day, they went to the site to verify the quote was accurate (which it was). They had an opening that day and I hired them on the spot. When I saw their work, I was astonished. The driveway has NEVER been this clean, the house looks newly painted (I have siding). All the mildew and dirt is just a memory. I recommend them to anybody and everybody for all your pressure washing needs.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Arrived with two trailers of needed equipment for the job. Had a partner assistant for ladder service Blew out my gutters and gave special attention to needed areas that were related prior to service. Very efficient at completing the task. Returned to my door to tell me of findings and how completed. Trusted my payment to reconnect to "Angies List" for coupon information and payment plan.

We made an appointment to clean out the gutters. He changed the appointment the day he was supposed to show up which was hugely inconvenient since I had a lot of other work going on at the time that had to be postponed. He left an enormous mess in the yard. I called to complain and he did come out a couple days later and cleaned it up so that was nice.

This was our second time using the company, and our experience was just as good as the first. Furthermore, they charged the lowest price of the companies that we researched for the project.

We have used this company for several years now. They did a wonderful job on the deck and front porch and steps, and the windows, of course. I have a three story house and I usually have them come just to clean the windows which they always do a great job on. We will be using them from now on to do all of our pressure washing. Great bunch of guys to work with.

I purchased a $79 Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did a great job. The service was for 1,000 square feet of power washing. As a matter of fact they did such a good job that we paid them extra to do some extra power washing for us. We have a very long drive way, a very long sidewalk, a huge front porch and step and a huge patio. It was real good price that they did the rest of it for; we were very pleased. My husband took care of most of it and he is very hard to please and I never heard him say anything bad; he was very pleased. What we had to have power washed was very, very dirty so they did a great job. They came out there on the day and the time and arrived when they said they would. They did a great job and it did not take them very long. They had all the right equipment and our patio, which really needed it, is nice and white now. Everything was good. I would use them again and recommend them again. For all that we had it was a good price. The quality of service was excellent. They did their work, left and did not bother anybody.

At first, I was surprised they only sent one guy. But he was capable of dragging out heavy equipment, and took as long as was needed, and got our driveway bright white, and we love it. Then he went to the back yard and power washed the deck, which I thought was permanently blackened. But nope, he worked on the deck, and got it to look like it did the day it was built.

When I went to the company they instructed me that they couldn't get oil off of asphalt, only off of concrete. The company then advised me to get a refund on my Big Deal as they couldn't do the job.

My initial contact was via phone and they returned my call within 24 hours. I have vinyl frame windows and over the course of the spring & summer, spiders had created a good number of cobwebs and the frames were quite dirty. They suggested a light-pressure wash for the frames and windows and told me they'd look at the house and then give me a price. A few days later I received the quote via email and thought the price was about right for what the job entailed and asked him to get me on the schedule (~1 week lead time). They completed the job on the day they specified and we did not need to be at the house for them to do the work since it was all outside. When I got home on the day the job was completed, the only way you could tell that they came was the fact that the windows looked great! The glass and frames were both clean. They also were able to get residual cobwebs out of my screens. They took care not to damage any of our shrubs in the process. They called the following day to confirm that we were happy with the work - which I of course reported that I was! Every step of the way, they operated within my expectations and I would definitely use them again.

I was a little antsy about the weather the day before, but was told if the job could be done, it would be done. I like that in a business. Anyway Superior showed up at the exact planned time and after a couple of minutes making sure we were "on the same page", he went right to work. He first removed all of the storm windows and stacked them beside the house, "spit shined" the outside of my windows, didn't upset my setting robin. He even cleaned the window sills, which was a much needed extra. Not even disturbing the dog, he then came in and proceeded to do the same on the inside of the house. Aside from a couple of dirty water dribbles, he did an absolutely amazing job, so amazing, in fact, when I came home the next afternoon, it appeared my dog was outside on the brick wall, while she was actually where she was supposed to be...on the back of the chair. I will NEVER wait this long to have my windows cleaned, again and when I am ready, I will be calling on Superior Cleaning. Thanks to everyone involved.

Superior Cleaning service arrived on time and cleaned the windows so they sparkle. The windows had not been cleaned in 40years so they were very dirty. There are no stricks on the window, absolutely beautiful clean windows. Three men arrived and they removed the storm windows and cleaned both sided of the storm windows. They also cleaned the outside of the regular house windows. The inside of the house windows had already been cleaned, but Superior offered to clean the inside of the house windows. There were about 3 window that could not be cleaned because the storm window screws were not accesible. I will definitely use Superior Cleaning service the next time the windows are cleaned.

On time, professional and attention to detail. These guys were excellent and I highly recommend them. They didn't just simply pressure wash the house, they used chemicals to gently clean the siding so as not to damage the paint. House looks great and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Very friendly and professional. Even got a screen back in place that had been put on wrong by someone else months ago. Price was a Angie's list deal but I'll definitely pay the "full" price when I next need the pressure washing and plan to use this company to also do a deck seal.

I got an Amazon coupon for these guys, and went to their website to get more information. It looked like a reputable company, and they're local. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at my house for an estimate on pressure washing. They had my phone number, and said they'd call before they came. That was on the 19th of August -- today is the 29th of August and I haven't heard ONE WORD. I waited most of the 19th for them to show up -- the appointment was for after 12:00 p.m. I had a Dr.'s appointment for 11, but was home by noon. If they came early, they didn't call to tell me they'd been there. This is AWFUL service. They must be doing a booming business to be able to treat prospective customers this poorly. I will not ever contact them again, and I will be sure to warn anyone I can to beware.
