Excellent. They were very nice, and did high quality work. When I told them about 2 other chairs I was thinking of recovering, they gave me the name of someone who might be able to clean the chairs instead, to save me the cost of reupholstering! They don't seem to use an answering machine much, which might make them seem like they are closed from time to time. I learned that if they don't answer the phone, they are delivering furniture. So you might have to wait a day or so for them to respond to a message or an email. But I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I had the cushions on my sectional sofa replaced and recovered with my fabric. This provider was extremely fast and the pick up and delivery was within two days. However, I very specifically asked for the very highest quality cushions as I wanted extreme durability and comfort, and I asked for them to be wrapped to provide an appropriate 'loft' to the cushion. When I received the cushions, they were very well sewn, indeed the sewing was first rate. However, the foam was very poor quality and there was no loft to the cushions as I had asked. The foam collapsed within a matter of two months. I called and got a runaround about them having used the highest quality available, but then when I tried to take the cushions back the business to show them, they have never been open when I stopped by. I dont know if they're still in business or not. I'm having to get yet another upholsterer to restuff my cushions.

Very professional. Quoted a price over the phone and did the job at the quoted price. We were having a party and needed the items within two weeks. They did a great job and had them done as promised.

The owner was very pleasant on the phone. She gave me an estimate over the phone and explained my options for pickup or drop off by me. I chose to drop off. They promised completion in 5-7 business days and the chair was ready in 5 business days. They provided extra material at no charge for the piping. When I dropped off the chair she asked questions and explained everything to me. When I picked up the chair she and her employee were very courteous and friendly. The chair is absolutely gorgeous. I could not be happier. I would use them again and would recommend them highly.

They have been in business for 35 years, so they must be doing something right. The conversation with them on the phone went very well. They were very nice and courteous. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They said they would be here at 10:30 a.m. and they were, plus they called to say they were on their way.
